I20上的the normal length of study is 36 months

帖子有些长，大家耐住性子看看，我尽量减缩啊
前几天给小米一封信，如下（主要的）：
I see "the normal length of study is 36 months" on my I20 form, while my graduate study is expected to be finished in two years. So I wonder that this will influence my visa application.
下面是回信：
Please let me know where it states that you are expected to graduate in two years（是我自己期望在两年内完成哈哈）. One thing to keep in mind is that even if the average length of a master’s program is two years, our institution allows 3 years. If needed, please inform the consular officer that it is the University of **'s policy to allow students 36 months to complete master’s programs.
大家看我红色加粗部分，是不是说这个学校取得MS平均要2年时间呢？  :)  偶感觉这个小米误解了我写信的目的（觉得自己也没表达清）。 她还以为有人要求我在两年内完成，然后我很worry. 才给她写信。所以最后还理直气壮的说，你可以用三年时间去完成。

大家觉得我对回信的理解对不？ 感谢感谢哟

已经说了很多遍了，2年MS但I20写3年是很正常的事情，很多人都是这样的！

不知道楼主有什么问题吗？

不好意思啊 我英语水平太菜  担心自己的理解有误  所以贴出回信 想让大家帮忙确认下哟

VO如果说为什么I20写3年，你可以把这个封信打印出来给他看。或者打印学校说明平均读2年就能完成学业的网页给他看。
