If i don't get the approval from BCIS on time for the Fall 2003, may i start my studies? Which schools accept the students who are on the pending situation?

Could you JMs tell me about your school's rule? Thank you so much.


One more thing, what did the JMs who finished the status change receive from BCIS? New I-94 and revised I-20? Is that right?

Is it true that we don't need to provide the original I-94 to  BCIS?

学校是否允许pending状态下读书，这个要问具体的学校，我的学校，我还没敢问呢。:) 不过我觉得大部分学校大概都不可以了吧，但也有一小部分学校还可以（听说的）。
问题2要问转成功了的姐妹 :)
问题3，我想应该是不需要I94元件的，至少vermont是不要的:)

谢谢耳朵的答复。就因为我喜欢的那个学校不允许我在PENDING的状态下读书，我才放弃的，很难过的。我在TEXAS转身份，ISA也是要我交COPY OF I-94，是不是其他的在TEXAS转身份的JMs的学校也是这样说的呢？

这些日子真的很烦闷，怕没有学校接受，我真的不想再等到下个学期了。
