cannot 与 can not 区别

百度知道：简单地说，因为两者的意思完全不同。Cannot是“不可以”，而can not是“可以不”。

Can的否定形式是什么？Can't。没错。如果不缩写是什么？Can not。错了。应该是cannot，一个词，而不是分开两个词。

爱问知识人：
其实，在英国的所谓“标准英语”（King's English or Standard English)中，can的否定形式只有两种，一种是cannot，用于书面语中，一种是can't，多用于口语中。他们认为cannot是一个词，必须连在一起写。因此，他们视can not为不正规的用法。但美国人不听邪，他们在英语的使用上越来越大胆随意，根本无视“英国绅士”们的清规戒律，所以，美国人使用时多用can not这种形式。
所以，要说区别的话，就是：
cannot--英国用法（书面语）
can not--美国用法（书面语）
can't--英美共用（口语中）

1. This diary helps me prepare for my presentation because I practice my english and because it can record my thinking to present me to addmission communite.

2. Thank God! I have to recite another list of GRE vocabulate tonight. I am going to move from internet to book. I am not well today and I delayed my task of GRE so late. Come on!

Time flies.
It has went more than 10 days since last time I wrote dairy in this forum.
I have make some progression as follows:
1. I have covered more than half of the GRE vocabulary book using the method that writting Enlish when looking to the Chinese.
2. I have read the two articles every day from the website www.economics.com
3. I covered about two issues.

Now I can recite the GRE vocabular 2 lists a day
And use the night to do the AW

The comments help me a lot in the reading because I feel very good in doing the reading practice of the yellow-covered book.

I only got two wrong in eight.

I just need to keep hard working and concentrating!

I formed a group of almost ten people.
But my mom saied it would waste me a lot of time.
For these days I slept late. Yes, not everyone like me put all my time to study GRE and they can not ensure the time to submit homework.

I hope my new group could grow up to the end of our test.
