The 21st century is the century of the explosion of information, which is mean[means] the information is updated with amazingly high speed, and also many new information occur[emerges]. Therefore, if people want to be kept well informed, he has[people一般对应they] to get information frequently from many different information sources.6 l, Y$ i0 g* E0 ?1 R

To begin with, with the development of society and technology, large amounts of new information flush into our world, such as, economical news, technology news, national and international political news and information about your company, your county etc[,etc.并且such as一般直接跟在举例的名词后面]. It is rarely possible for a people[person] to get all the information from one source of information. Dr. John. Lehan, a famous president of a investment group in Wall Street, said he spend at least 3 hours for obtaining information, one hour for browsing the internet or reading newspaper and magazine[泛指用复数] for economical[ecnomic] and political news, one hour for reading market report[reports] for understanding the performance of his group and one hour for talking with his employee[employees] to know what they are thinking about, and he emphasis[emphasize] all of these are[is] important for him to make a decision.
Secondly, there are lots and lots of information in the world nowadays, subjective or objective, true or false. It is not advisable to read only from one source or several source because some of the information are unilateral, instead, people should get different information from many sources and gain a comprehensive understanding on the base of them[based on them]. This is even obviously during the period of election, for example, [in] the elections of American president; each candidate advocates[propagandizes] his achievement and capability. If you only receive information only form[from] one candidate, mostly, you will be misleading[misled]. The best way is to listen to information[acquire information] from all the candidates, and compare, and then vote.
Finally, different type of sources has their own advantages and disadvantages, and people should select the optimum for getting information. For instance, reading information[browsing information] from internet is quick and easy, but if you are traveling to an area, eg, the poor mountain area, where internet is inaccessible, then you should gain information from TV, news paper or broadcasting. Sometimes, when we feel tired by[of] working on the computer, then we can listien news[tune the news] from radio there[. There] are many sources from which we can get information, we can correctly choose in different conditions

According to all of above, we should say it is important to obtain information from different sources if you want to be well informed.
