Most businessmen are motivated only by the desire of money

In common sense, most businessmen have strong motivation to earn a great amount of money. Thus some one asserts that they are only motivated by the desire of money. In my opinion, the real successful businessmen definitely not only drive by money, for them, other good personalities and solid professional experience will be even more essential or the premise for their success.
To begin with, in my point of view, the desire of money will be only one of the premises for a businessman’s success and could not be the top one. Actually, a good personality such as be honest to clients and partners, solid working experience with professional knowledge, a proper opportunity, etc will be more important for a businessman’s success. We all know the honesty will always be the top most quality while we choose a partner or clients or even a product. No one would like to be a friend of a cheater even he or she is a millionaire because we know the money finally will go without one’s proper management under honesty. Thus, with so many obvious premises for a successful businessman, the desire of money should not be put at the top.
Further more, in our history, a lot of businessmen’s success only by chance or just he or she followed his or her interest. In the famous movie Forest Gump, he become a rich shrimp business owner just because his persistence and kind heart. The world famous Bill Gates, become rich because he loves computer. Those stories and evidences prove us that everyone has an even chance to become successful businessmen, not by the desire of money but by one’s interest.
Last but not the least, the desire of money, on the contrary, usually will lead a businessman’s failure at the end. Because majority successful things require a balance of all kinds of the premise just like a tasty dish must be the balance of various spice. If one put too much attention on money, he or she will ignore some rules such as evenly share while earning profits, keep a good quality of the produces, thus, how can this businessman to survive in the next time without some accumulation of credits? Thus, the desire of money will relatively lead on into a world blind to other people which definitely will not help for the business.
In sum, a good businessman requires a balance of various qualities but not only the desire of money. Moreover, too much attention on money will only lead one to the failure.
