130 "How children are socialized today determines the destiny of society. Unfortunately, we have not yet learned how to raise children who can help bring about a better society."



It is said that children are the future. And how to raise them for building a better society is a big issue for the whole society. What is the aim of the education, make them more socialized, or characteristic?
   Someone supposed that the destiny of society determined by the extent of socialization of children. The socialization, which is a term used to refer to the process of learning one's culture and how to live within it, is important and effective for a child integrating into society. Everyone interacts with others everyday, everywhere and even everytime directly or indirectly. The socialization will be a powerful tool for you to get along well with others in result that help for your enterprise, which may promote the development of society.
   However, integration do not equal to bring about a better society obviously. As is known to all, some criminals such as swindle and cheating need the criminals communicate with victims. If they are not familiar with the culture well, they would be failed to gain confidence from the victims in a short while. The socialization play a part against the harmony circumference in the process of criminal development. On the opposite, the people with austim who live in their own world without understanding others' emotion, can just do well in a special domain to contribute to a better society. For instance, the Temple Grandin, who always be jeered when she was a child just because she did not know others' meaning when they speak a joke or other things usual in culture, make good use of her genius that easily empathy and "communicate" with animals to study things about animals. After all, the socialization may be not a necessary factor, even the harmful one influencing the extent to which an individual will ultimately contribute to a better society. And, values like honesty, persistence, probity, kindness and so on, which are core lessons inculcated by parents and school systems, may be also even more important than socialization for a child in the society.
   As the author's point, we do not have an definitely method to educate our children. Actually, methods exist, but is not fit for every child. In my opinion, we cannot get the core if we have no idea about the characteristic of the "better society", or the standard about do a favor for building up a better one. We will have distinct results with different criterions.
   If we define a "better" society as one characterized by greater tolerance of viewpoints and people who are different from ourselves, greater respect for individual rights, and greater cooperation across cultural and national boundaries, then the young people of the most recent half century are creating a better society. We have seen increasing sensitivity in our society toward ensuring public health by policing the food and drug industries and by protecting our natural environment. We can view these young people as being more sensitive to and respectful of the rights of women, various ethnic and racial groups homosexuals, etc.
   A man will not respect others, unless respect himself first. No matter what is your comprehend about a "better" society, what we can do first is to provide a safe environment without judgement and prejudice for the children, and appreciate them by heart. Like a saying said, give a flower sunshine, it will blossom by itself. Youth are flowers, it will grow correctly with a comfortable surroundings.
   Above all, the socialization is helpful for youth to unite with the whole world, but it is not the determined one. We should support our children to protect them growing safely and freely both physical and mental. And most important, let them know what is the beauty and right. Ultimately, they all be the person helpful for building up a better society.

第一次写ISSUE，一共是633字，用时比较长。虽然之前练习了很多天的提纲，但是真正面对题目的时候，仍然觉得下笔困难。
这次的文章，自己感觉用了一些例子，但是不够充分，还是要再收集一下。还有就是词汇。。。
不过，万事开头难吧，虽然这个开头并不怎么美好，但我相信会越来越好的：）

感觉有点啰嗦，前面的例子和后面的结论感觉说服力不是很强，例子就举了一个，而且有点生僻，多举些列子会更好吧
