ISSUE 51 "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

Education transmits the talent to our society. In a not dissimilar way, it is explorations of the higher knowledge and by what people amend their behaviors and build their true values. Paradoxically, most people present misunderstanding about the conditions to make it effective. As to me, whether education is truly effective depends on many factors including its design.

Firstly, when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student, on most extent, can help education itself catch everyone's heart. Nowadays many schools are spreading personalized education to meet almost every students' need. Through personalized education, teachers can analyze the characteristic and generality of his or her class which help them to make a conclusion more accurately. Then this conclusion can take into practice, help schools to promote the quality of its education, and moreover, by quality raising schools will become more and more famous and then have more and more students which also have an active part in its finance. Yet, to realize this process is difficult, because there are so many people without different ideas and so little resource can be offer from schools.

In addition, in the past, the mode of education is a teacher-centered system, which has proved to be counterproductive. Thus, many advance the suggestion of student-centered system. However, it does not simply mean that the only purpose of this kind of education is to satisfy the individual needs and interests of each student. For example, due to the fame, some bad competition appears, to meet little part’s interest ignoring others may become contrary example. And what’s more education must have other responsibilities.

On the other hand, education can take place in anywhere, anytime and any people. We people perfect our morality by it which I call them other responsibilities. A famous man once said: Personality is to man what perfume is to a flower. On some extent, good education cultivate good morality which make contributions to the society for its better development and the welfare of the others if possible. And consider those conditions as the illustration, education is truly effective because it effect on human’s morality which at the same time influence on the true value of our society. For example, cannibalism is moral in a cannibal country because of the education around them and taught them it is true, and they believed in a deep level. This example is used to point out that education teach people what can do and not, with good education we learn the truth, with bad one we learn the false things. However, whatever else we learn form it, we all agree that it is truly effective.

In sum, education is truly effective when it teach people knowledge and morality. And when it is designed to different individuals, it also have effects.
