Meanwhile,culture tradition, country's policy, people's character and other factors also may affect social customs and ethics in many ways.

Technology as an crucial component of social productivity plays an great important role in modern society. After all, technology can promote social customs and ethics development, but this always happens in indirect way. A value result from laboratory may not influence social customs and ethics immediately, it always changes people's daily life first and then changes way of their life styles and thinking. For example, from the Third Technical Revolution, human have gotten so many excellent achievements that make people's life more comfortable ,communication and transportation more convenient. Exchanges in economy and idea lives have brought unity in culture. people all over the world can share the same food, fashion style, news and even share similar values on terrorism and humanism.

In the process of globalization, unity and diversity exist in the same time. Although technology may promote social customs and ethics more united, there exist other factors that propel social customs and ethic more diversitied such as culture's background, level of social development and the government's policy.
In America, there are no such expressions in Japan where "the nail that sticks out gets hammered down". Modern Technology does not change their entirely different values, traditional cultures influence their view of people's performance.

Karl Marx says that Ideology possess relatively independence. Ideology is relative stand alone technology and economy. In some case, it may ahead of social development. For example, in late 18th century and early 19th century, Germany level of technology development behinded other Europe countries such as England or France, but during this time, many excellent philosophers appeared in Germany for instance I.Kant, G.W.F.Hegal and J.G.Fichee. Their grand philosophical thought have had far-reaching effects not only in the past, but also in present and further.
