56"Governments should focus more on solving the immediate problems of today rather than trying to solve the anticipated problems of the future."
The issue of whether governments should focus more on solving the immediate problems of today rather than trying to solve the anticipated problems of the future may arise much controversy among people of diverse backgrounds. Although many people believe that the former is more important, I hold that the two kinds of problems are both need governments to focus on.
First of all, there is no doubt that governments should concern the immediate problems. As we know, the immediate problems play a much larger part in the ordinary life of every person as a individual. Thus, people are more care of them and governments should carry out their duties to settle such problems. The unemployment, for instance, is a major social problem in current in most of countries all over the world. Because if the degree of unemployment goes to such extent that many people could not earn their life, it will cause the uproar of the whole society and jeopardize the control of the government. In a word, the better the governments resolve the immediate problems the more happy and manageable the people become.
Furthermore, important as the current problems may be, the future problems are also important to us to deal with. The future problem is to the current problem as the killing of the nowadays hunger is to the collecting food for the coming day when the comestible are shortage. But most ordinary people sometimes cannot espy such trouble, which could be forecasted with a professional and provident mind. So the duty of the government is ineludible which is to be confronted and overcame the future problems. Such as the educational problem in China, which has been ignorant by the most of Chinese in two decades ago when China has been in a social revolution period, is now reemphasized by Chinese people through the right conduction of the government. Obviously, the problems of the future should not be underestimated; on the contrary, they should be considerate by governments, even by the people.
Finally, governments have its finite energy, so, it should be added, which problems, current problems or future problems, should be placed more energy on depends on the nature of the problem and the situation of the problem at that time. In so far as the every problem is its own particular character, to decide whether governments focus more on solving this problem than that problem relies on the nature of governments and whom governments serve. But the advantage of the most people should be place in the first part to be taken in to account by any governments.
On the whole, for the long-term and short-term profit of the most people governments should synthesize the immediate problems and the future problems and offer the best way to solve these problems.

Although many people believe that the former is more important, I hold that the two kinds of problems are both need governments to focus on.
First of all, there is no doubt that governments should concern the immediate problems. As we know, the immediate problems play a much larger part in the ordinary life(daily live) of every person as a(an) individual (in the society). Thus, people are more care of(care more about) them(their own social problems) and governments should carry out their duties to settle such problems. The unemployment, for instance, is a major social problem in current in most of countries all over the world. Because if the degree of unemployment goes to such extent that many people could not earn their life(living), it will cause the uproar of the whole society and jeopardize the control of the government. In a word, the better the governments resolve the immediate problems the more happy and manageable the people become.
Furthermore, important as the current problems may be, the future problems are also important to us to deal with. The future problem is to the current problem as the killing of the nowadays hunger is to the collecting food for the coming day when the comestible are shortage.(这句感觉有点绕:未来的问题对于现在的问题来说就像是解决现在饥饿对于为未来囤积食物,当食物短缺的时候。我觉得直接说 解决未来的问题是未雨绸缪 是不是好一些) But most ordinary people sometimes cannot espy such trouble, which could be forecasted with(by) a professional and provident mind. So the duty of the government is ineludible which(which指代ineludible?) is to be confronted and overcame the future problems. Such as the educational problem in China, which has been ignorant by the most of Chinese in two decades ago when China has been in a social revolution period, is now reemphasized by Chinese people through the right conduction of the government. Obviously, the problems of the future should not be underestimated; on the contrary, they should be considerate(consider) by governments, even by the people.
Finally, governments have its finite energy, so, it(it指代什么?) should be added, which problems, current problems or future problems, should be placed more energy on depends on the nature of the problem and the situation of the problem at that time. In so far as the every problem is(has) its own particular character, to decide whether governments focus more on solving this problem than that problem relies on the nature of governments and whom governments serve. (to decide the priority which one governments should focus on first relies on the nature of governments and whom governments serve) But the advantage of the most people should be place in the first part to be taken in to account by any governments.
On the whole, for the long-term and short-term profit of the most people governments should synthesize the immediate problems and the future problems(governments should take account of the immediate problems and the future ones synthesized) and offer the best way to solve these problems(them).
