Do you agree or disagree with the following statement:The best way to improve education is to raise teachers' salaries.



In this Information Age, education plays an increasingly important role in children's grownup. As everybody believes, knowledge is equivalent to power and teachers are supposed to be the key tool to convey the knowledge to children. Then how to make teachers devote themselves into teaching career catches people's, especially school administrations', attention. They may probably deem that raising the teachers' salaries can be the efficient and practical way to cheer teachers up, so that the education can be improved. I also agree with it. But I don't mean it's the best way to do so. Of course there are still other ways better than this.



For starters, I consider improving teachers' quality more important than raising the reachers' salaries. In order to improve the quality, competition atmosphere is needed among the teachers. Because when people are surrounded by competitors, their potential will be exerted. They will force themselves to do more preparation for class, ensuring the students will be supportive and they won't lose their jobs. Thus, school can plan more interviews to people who wants to be teacher and make some reward to the teachers who have done a good job.



Furthermore, school administration can make students interested in their study via some ways. If the students interested in what they learn, the education is improved naturally. You know interest is said to be the best instructor. Students are probably prone to learn well. So school can open some seminars and training classes for teachers to discuss the method to stimulate students' interest. There also can be some academic partys, games and shows, which are held by students themselves using their already-known knowledge, to cultivate the students' interest.



Last but not least, the facilities the school use can also make a difference. Imagine this if students only can learn through the words on the book and teachers, some courses may seem to be boring. And now bringing into some videos or music, things will changes. So classrooms that are equipped with a computer ,a projector etc. should bring students and teachers more convenience and joy. And the laboratory with advanced instruments can give a hand to students who want to perform the experiments. These facilities can also do a favour to improve education.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Improving schools is the most important factor in the successful development of a country.



In the modern society, most countries pay much attention on education. Why? Every phenomenon comes up for certain reasons. As everybody recognized, knowledge is equivalent to development power. And education can spread knowledge rapidly, systematically and efficiently. So if a country want to develop other fields, the education must come to the first to be developed, as the basement for other fields. That's why I agree with the opinion that Improving schools ranks the top-one in the list of important factors in the successful development of a country.



First of all, school is a place where good characteristics person is made. Most people can learn how to be a man, how to be responsible for their behaviours and so on. All of these things can make a contribute to build up the good characteristics, such as mature, aggressive, ambitious, kindhearted, warm, helpful, persevering, understanding, outgoing or so. And the society is consist of different kinds of people. If good people take up large portion the society can be peaceful and steady. That's the prerequirements for a country successfully developed. That's why improving schools is the most important factor.



Furthermore, school is a place where a large amount of knowledge can be spread rapidly, systematically and professionally. As you know, the society is made of various fields. And if a country want to develop successfully, most fields need to be almost the best in their own areas. In order to support every fields, school need to build up the related courses for students, so that there will be elite for every fields, such as scientists, psychologists, authorpologists, musicians, artists and so on. Apparently, all these experts come out by good education. And then the more schools are improved, the better the education will be. Thus, we need to admit that improving school is the most important fact.



Last but not least, if a country want to develop successfully, there must be something to be done not only domestically but also internationally. Then Improving school is a mean to better education , which can lead to more international students from all over the world. This makes a contribution to communicating between two countries and the relationship between them can be more pleasant. So this also shows that improving school is the best way to develop a country.
