Are tradition and modernization exclusive from each other? Someone may assert that one should choose one of them. In my opinion, the modernization derives from the tradition and can be compatible with tradition in most aspects.

Admittedly, when modern views provide a serious impact on the tradition, tradition usually serves as the handicap of the process of human civilization, which must be replaced by the more useful modernization. Thus, they were incompatible, and one of them will vanish. Such instance usually occurs during the history. Bruno, known as his persistence to the geocentric theory, challenged the authority via a new view to the world. Although he failed, people realize the truth of geocentric theory and replace the traditional view of heliocentric theory. Another example is the nature selection defeated the theory that god creates all creatures. Thus, there is no denying that sometimes tradition and modernization are exclusive between them, and people will select the more rational one.

However, all the modernizations derive from the tradition. When the modern concerns seems controversial with the tradition, people may find both the merits of them, thus modernization and tradition merge as a new thing. For example, when the western clothes came to china first, Chinese people find this modern style clothes are almost incompatible with their current dressing. However, instead of rejecting the western dressing or refusing the traditional clothes, Chinese invented the yat-sen clothes which is a symbol of eastern and western collaboration clothes. The scientific reasearch also never fail to provide new ideas, and some may seems very different from the classical theory. For example, the theory of relative almost challenged the Newtown theory totally. But we realize the value of these two theories and entitle them as both classical theories. Thus, in most aspects we can accept both modernizations and traditions.

Moreover, modern fashion, sometimes, is a repeat of tradition. Human history exist for thousands years. The wisdom of ancient human, maybe several thousands years ago, may become a fashion modernization. For example, Sun Tzu's "The Art of War" created a fashion to learn the ancient Chinese wisdom in the western country recently years. In addition, the life style of human maybe also seeks improvement from the tradition. Nowadays, the modern view of a health life is just coming back to the style of our ancestors. Such examples tell us that tradition, which may be ignore for a short time, may still obtain its vivid force. Thus, there are obscure difference between the modernization and tradition sometimes.

In sum, the modernization usually reveal the better process of human civilization. It is not amazing that the modernization replaces the tradition sometimes. However, modern concerns derive from the tradition. Hence, they can combine to serve us. So it is not necessary to choose one between them.

作者的思路有点狭隘了。例子找的都不是很合适~顺便说一下，我觉得那些万能的例子其实并不万能~
另外，让步的那一段我觉得不应该把你反对的观点说的很有道理。让步应该是对方的观点看起来很有道理，然后举一些表面的例子，看起来传统和现代貌似不相融合。然后在你论证自己的观点时，说出其中的根本的原因，证明传统和现代实际上是可以共存的。

内容补充实，只靠例子是不够的，说理有待加强
离考试还有十天，说短也不短。建议不要急着计时，把题目想明白了，好好列列提纲，充实作文内容才是当务之急。可以多看看孙远工具箱和pool的百宝箱
