题目：ISSUE212 - "If a goal is worthy, then any means taken to attain it is justifiable."

The issue presents an idea that every mean was taken to attain a worthy goal is justifiable. Although this issue emphasizes the importance of a goal, in my opinion, there are things which should also be taken into account besides the goal; we can't achieve the goal without sacrifice other valuable things.
The environmental problems, which caused by human's development, is just the victim of our behavior to pursue the economical increasing. The Amazon rainforest has been severely deforested while the air pollution and water pollution was mentioned everyday. The problem is even severer in developing countries, such as China and India, whose government are mainly focusing on the industrious development. For example every spring, Beijing suffers the sandstorm coming from Inner Mongolia, where the grassland has deserted because of the over farming. Although we can, to some extent, recover the pollution, however influences on the diversity of plants and animals and on the ecosystem cannot be revised.
While it comes to individuals, we also have to consider other factors when we are eager to pursue our dreams or fighting for our goals, especially in financial field, sports field. Many athletes were examined taken forbidden medicine in the 2008 Olympics. Although it is everyone's dream to win the medal, the better way is to practice harder and find the more effective training method rather than taking forbidden medicine. In this case, the rules must be taken into account. And in the financial field, enterprises must obey the regulation and legislation. It is unjustifiable if an enterprise improving its profits by using material of poor quality. And also the honesty is playing an important role in this field. The famous Enron financial fraud scandal illustrates that despite the worthy goal, the regulation must be followed. While the benefits and the achievements was attracted most of our attention, the side-effect was ignored by ourselves.
Besides the rules, extreme means are also unsuitable to attain the goal. For instance, it is worth to assuage the traffic pressure in large cities, but it isn’t feasible to forbid every car driving on the road. From this aspect, a mean need to think about it feasibility.
It is true that a worthy goal could stimulate individuals to be more hardworking and could direct the country to be on the right track of development. However, it is essential to consider from the whole condition. To conclude, the means taken to attain the goal should be fully considered .Not every mean is justifiable.
