   As lots of companies and institutions inquire their employers to get a more sense of cooperation, and to go well with eachother, to socialize children, which can help them adapt into society better, seems important and nessecary. However, how children are socialized doesn't determin the destiny of society.

As far as I can see, to socialize children is mostly to teach the children the fundmental value systems of society they are in. For instance, in China, Children are raised emphraing on being repect for olders, such as teachers and parents, and on being modest when others praised them. Additionally, to socialize children is to help the children identify themselves. In China, parents often let their children play together with their same gender friends; Boys play together with their toy gun, while girls together with Tiny Bear.

However, while to be familiar with these fundmental values of society the children in -- in China,repectness for olders and modestness when praised -- helps them a lot in a certain society, these socializition just preverse some behaviors predecesser. Actually, how children are educated counts on more to determine the destiny of society.For example, if children are educated on a higher or more international level in China, they will not just regard the repcetness for olders, which leads to fairness for authorities, as agold principle, and thus these educated children can make their society more active and creative.

Moreover,it is the well educated ones, with a international view point, who can insight promblems hidden in society,who can bring about a better society,but not the socialized ones, who are more conventional and lack of higher horizon. Asumely,with a international view, educated ones from Arabic world can recognize, after educted with women's rights movement, that women should be given more rights and ,to some extent, better the Arabic society. Nontheless, the socoalized ones ,who were aksed to play with same gender friends, may not recognize the gender discrimilation existed in their society.

In the final analyze, a well-designed educational system can serve to raise children, who have a higher horizon than the just socialized ons, to better their society, and even to determin the destiny of society.
