LZ啊 群众呼唤你。。。再发一篇哈~等LZ归来。。
TOPIC: ISSUE17 - "There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."

With the development of society economy, law system has been improved and completed at a rapid rate. Laws in every country is imperative for everyone without discrimination in races, age, and any other elements. Once a person was born in a country, he would become a citizen of the country. When he grew into an adult, he should conform all the responsibilities and act his rights regulated in the law. Some people consider that it is a wise way to obey just law and disobey those so called 'unjust' laws. Does it tell the truth? From my perspective, it seems to be somewhat unilateral and reasons lie in the following aspects.
We, as country citizens, have no choices but to conform the laws being obeying by others. Laws is actually a form of evolvement of contemporary society. Government signed laws after quite serious contemplations so that the laws are pragmatic for most citizens, meanwhile, officers regulated numerous rights for them as well. Under that circumstance, we have both responsibilities and rights that are in tight connections. If we always act the rights, we may also take the responsibilities in return. What is more important, if all citizens obey laws positively, society order would be steady as they all yearn for. The conformity would also offer an opportunity for the country to thrive since a country cannot be prosper without an ordered environment.
To be more serious, just and unjust actually are subjective conclusion. Different contexts of people, such as education, vacation, age, view of value, exert diverse understanding of one specific law. If one piece of law is regarded just and essential regulation in one's eyes, while another person considers it as ridicule that should be never obeyed, everyone only conform the law that they acknowledge themselves, the situation would turn out to be a chaotic order in society. Eventually laws can never be laws and it will be deprived its efficiency and the power of sanction. If that has took place, crimes may be just behaviors and jus can transfer to evil, that occurrence is the last one we would imagine.
Admittedly, laws are regulated by humans and humans can, to some extent, make mistakes. In that case, laws may also share the chance to be wrong. If a certain piece of law has been complaint and suspended all the time in all regions, that could the case that this piece of law is unfair and need to be amended. However, people have that right to speak out their voices, but through legal approaches. Writing letters to local mayor, publishing compositions in newspaper, even holding a legal parade are all recommended ways to give advises. In these communication with citizens and officers, the law system could be increasingly improved and consummate so the country does.
To sum up, rational citizens could make valuable contributions to their country by obeying the laws and giving advises to revise the law. In consequence, the advancement of society would undoubtedly patent and beneficial for both contemporary citizens and their off-springs. |
