Still do not understand. I think the argument os strong. "private health care expenditures" means the expenditure spent by individual?

The argument is subjected to criticize because each person can choose to pay the private part or not.

Persons object the argument are cold blood people. Because they do not care about the people who can not afford the private part. I am a socialist.
