Today some people have to work away from their families. What are the advantages and disadvantages? Give your opinion?

Working away from families can actually result in a series of problems which enable people engage in dilemma .Afterall, we cannot strike a balance between our work and our families. Hence, whether people can profit from working away from their families or not should depend on case-by-case.

Admittedly, global homogenization, which promotes economic advancement and cultural development ,has transformed our world into a global village.An increasingly number of companies broaden their visions to extend economic activities in order to acquire more financial interests. Hence, the phenomenon of employees’ working away from their families becomes ubiquitous.

However, employees must be confronted with such adverse circumstance as alienation when they work far away from their families .Family bonds can exert enssential impact on a certain employee .Only when employees narrow the gap between their families and them can they have adequate energy to pursue an excellent career. In addition , parents’ working away from families can also be detrimental to children’s education. In this respect, there are no substitutes for parenting in children’s cultivation .

On the other hand, working away from families to certain extent can bring benefits to individual career’s development, especially youngsters. Those inspired by courages and integrity of explorers who have acquired success by working away from families are willing to pursue their careers and fulfill their potentials.Simultaneously, higher salaries are in the best interests for young employees to work away from their families.

结尾还是没写,自己的观点就是平衡的,因为背过几个好句子，所以基本上作文里能用的我就套用一下。
