With the rapid income of the theater, the majority assumed that watching movies is considered to be the best and the only way to obtain the knowledge and practical skills of the real society. However, the rapid wide-spread of televisions and radio obviously against this claim, at the same breath TV and radio shows many merits that surpass that of watching film.

There is no denying that watching film could be an efficient way to learn foreign languages. While watching, we pay more emphasize on the contents of this film, which reduce time to watch the subtitles on the bottom of the screen, therefore, we improved our both listening ability and speaking skills.

However, many practical abilities can also be obtained from wathcing TV programs. So often, the programs shown on the TV are closer to our real life compared with film, which only record a perod of time or an single event. For instance, programs as dicovery and planet earth offer us opportunities to acknowledge the environmental issues are
confronted with, which more or less encourage people to take actions to protect our earth. That is to say, the real and appealing programms provide us with wider range of knowledge.

Additionally, the rising popularity of radio may contrast the assumption. As we all know, listening to radio can happen in anyplace, on anytime, and to anyone, which means that we acquire knowledge from the host of the radio at the same time we do things in hand, resulting a large save of time. Furthermore, the events reported on the radio are usually current affairs, owe to a simple process of organize the news rather than spent time rehearsing and making up for the hosts.

All in all, as we are longing for learning more practical skills, sitting in the cinema and enjoying a film is not a bad idea, whereas watching some educational programs or listening to a radio in the early morning may be some additional approaches to obtain the real world's news as well as some practical abilities.

I once read an article on a magazine about the factors that employees consider when choosing a job,(这句话说完了吧？) (A)according to the list,（我觉得前半句有点多余，可以直接说后面）
the security of a job is on the top of the list, whereas the salary of a certain occupation is on（删除on） the fifth of this list. Obviously, a secure job wins more popularity than those high-pay（well-paid好些） jobs, owing to a（the?） rapid growing population, which lead to the reduction of job vacancy, and the ever-accelerated fierce competition. Thus, from my stand of point, a job that guarantee(单三) our future in the long run could be a wiser decision.

First and foremost, the ever-fierced（这个“d”不太对吧） competition puts us in a dangerous position that others are eager to get and steal it as long as you leave it alone（leave alone是不打扰不干涉的意思，在这里好像不太通）, resulting in a heavy financial burden. Simply put, many scholars, who may handle problems better than you, work in the same field and work for the same purpose and when you quite（quit） the job they can take charge of your work easily, at the same breath, however,(俩连词一起用啊？) you are not sure about whether you will be accepted by your next boss. My cousin could be a great instance at this point. He once worked in an medium medical company and was paid 7000 yuan per month, after 3-year period（period多余） working, he received a pink leavlets（我没查到这个词，是想表达解聘函的意思么？）. And when he hunted for another satisfactory job, he found it difficult because of the last bad experience. and(大写) he was nearly struggling to survive at that period.

In addition, having quit jobs for many times, employees are considered to lack responsibility. More often, people change the direction of their career frequently is due to changes in personal preferences or budget（这句话有两个动词）. And this kind of worker（worker仅指工人，还是用employee吧） is on the bottom of the list that the（a） company will hire, owing to their thinking about themselves only rather than the whole company. For instance, once (这个once在这里是什么意思呢？)I enjoyed a film called Fighting For Yourself, the heroine on in（两个介词）
the film is exactly a job-hopper, quitting (and had quit)15 jobs in(within) a year, when she left(lost) his(her?) sixteenth company, however(这个however很多余), she found it regreatful （拼写错误regretful）because of a long period searching （for）another job .and the rejected applications are all because of her high tendency of leaving everything behind.

Furthermore, standing from the business security, companies have less intention to pay for those workers（有those了后面不用再说workers了） who change boss （change boss这个说法不太好）frequently, which result in the leaving out of the essential information. As it is known to all, the guests(单数吧) lists and information of the partners are considered to be the core part of a company, when certain staff alter the job, the information known by this person leave out to a new company, which maybe the competitor of the old one, simultaneously.
  However,
some opponents may point out that high-pay job(jobs) excert enthusiasm of workers, however, (一句话里出现两个however?)when thinking about they will drop the work team next month, can this enthusiasm exist anymore? Maybe guaranteeing your temporary life is more realistic.

That is to say, films with similar endings exert(arouse/stimulate) little interest among observors, although some of them deem it a necessaty for childern to be awared that to you should be a good person, otherwise you will would be punished. Thinking about yourself, would you be intersted if you reading the books with simialr(identical denouement) chapter? Thus, the unchangable form should been abandend undoubtedly.

There is no denying that the pattern that always show audiences with a reward for the heros. In some instances, children occupy some large parts of audiences, and what they need is educational films end with a clearly right and wrong, bad or good,(多余了) which helps them to distinguish the badness andd the goodness
as well as to warn them not to do good deeds misdoing.

However, the adults audiences prefer the novelty, instead of films with a simialr ending. I once did a research about the income of a theater, I found that during a period when all the comedies are on show, the income of the company is relatively low,; whereas, when in a season that companies offer a variety of films like documentaries and comedies as a combination, the higher profit is obviously observed. Hence, adults have little intention to waste their tie on the films that only show the justice and a terrible punishment of the bad guys.

What is more, films with more than one seasons have one thing in common that is in the ending of the first season, the heros are not given a great result not to mention a reward(感觉有点chinglish, the densities of the heroes are not explicit), they are usually struggling in certain condition. Simply put, for the company, they give a sad(tragic) ending, which exert the sympthy of the audiences and the eagerness to see a happy ending. Myself could be a great example at this point, I once watched a film called " The big cake" that ended in the first season with the broken up with two couples, when I finished watching I feel strong eagerness to watch the next season and chck out whether they will recover. Obviously, people have intention to wait for a next season or theroy as long as the first season do not end with some stupid good person reward.

To conclud, may it is a better choice for children to go to the theater to see this kind(感觉指代不明) of films which benefit their further development, but for the audlts, only the various tastes could satisfy them.

With the cancellation of college entrance examination and advent of the new score system, advisors have won a rising status in the school, owing to their unique rights to score students' performance in the class which account for (用在这里是不是欠佳？) an essential part of their further development and the chance to get in a great university. Thus, some parents strongly suggest school that the salary of teachers should be raised, resulting in a better quality of their teaching ability. Whereas, will they use the extra-paid money really in their schooling? Many people cast doubt on this assumption and I will put my feet on this side.

There is no denying that the raising of their salary may improve the quality and quantity of teaching, which （是否改为原因从句？改为as which）reduce the unnecessary concerns of their family budget and the quality of teachers' life to some extend. and in this way will they focus more on teaching than some chores.

However, not every teacher will spend their extra money on schooling, which contrast our will (what do you mean? Differ from our will?), and buy some luxuries instead. That is to say, getting higher salary, teachers attend to buy luxuries to show their social status. I still remember, last semester my English teacher receive an extra fee from school to support her subject about surveying the students' interest in classes, the day after she got that bill she bought a handbag from Gucci and almost used up her fund. Hence, under this circumstances that we can not guarantee teachers' usage of the extra salary, we had better find some other methods to improve the teaching quality.

Additionally, according to a survey about the satisfaction of their life, people with high-pay jobs tend to be easily satisfied with the current condition. Hence, receiving higher salary, teachers may fell satisfied with their current job and life, leading to a lack of desire to advance, which result in the continuously decreasing of the teaching quality and the obstacle for school progressing. 这一句不错，赞一下。

Anyway, the
approaches of getting progress in education vary from country to country, there should not be any firm or only method to advance（这句欠佳）. But under the situation we are confronted with, soaring temptation from all perspectives（放这里什么意思呀？）, I deem it a superficial claim that only by highering the salary of the teachers can they contribute more to their teaching field.
