马上要考试了俺还没写过几篇作文希望大家能来帮我提点意见啊非常非常感谢了！！

Sport constitutes one essential part of our daily life: students  play football game after class, colleagues play tennis after work, women play yoga on weekends, etc. From all the rules and all matches that we play, do we ever learn something more than sport? Well, as far as I am concerned, I agree with the statement that playing sport help us learn more about life.

To begin with, the most important lesson that sport teaches us is about winning and losing. More precisely, we should never be too proud after winning and never get too frustrated after losing. I always remember the first badminton match that I lost when I was 10 years old. I cried about it and my mom came by and told me not to cry because it was just one play. What I should do was to learn from the mistakes that I made in this match and avoid similar mistakes in future matches. This lesson can also be applied to our life: we may experience ups and downs during our life, but we should never be beaten by those downs. Instead, we should learn from all those failures in order to get ready for our next “battle”in life.

Secondly,  playing sport can  teach us the importance of teamwork. When dealing with projects in life, we should work like football players who cooperate closely in order to score. In football teams, there are play makers, goalkeepers, full backs, etc. All of them know their roles in the team and thus know when to pass the ball to another team member so that the whole team can benefit. This concept is important in our life. Everybody has n limited capacity, so we can not expect ourselves to have everything done. Instead, we can ask for help and let the most suitable person do something that we are not capable of. Only in this way can we live our life more efficiently.

Finally, playing sport also tells us the importance of hard work. There are many talented sportsmen in the world. However, only those who practice the hardest can win the attention of the world. For example, Messy, a football player from Argentine, was discovered to be talented when he was only 9 years old. However, when he was 16 years old, he was diagnosed with a rare disease that may keep him from playing football. However, this determined young boy worked hard everyday and finally beat the disease. And now, he has become the most valuable football player in the world. We all want to shine in our life, and from playing sport, we know that the only way to shine is to work hard.

In a word, although playing sport has some drawbacks,  it influences us not only physically, but also benefits our mind in many ways. Taking all these factors into account, I believe that playing sport teaches us more lessons about life.
