2. In a team of working, the leader is just one part of it, the other important parts are the staff led by him/her.
a. Exercise caution.. is good for the progress of the team, because people of the team will consider the leader very humble and regardful, which will widely accepted by the fellow and provide an ideal and harmonious environment for creativity.
3. It means that the leader is not rapacious. Power may lead greedy, through which one may satisfy his/her own desire, which is harmful to the enterprise.
4. It also means the leader is not arbitrary. Abuse of power may cause by the leader’s assertion, which make him believe he is always right.

6. However, the future is always unknown, in order to grasp some chance, one must take the risk. At this moment, it need the leader to use his power to make the decision which may denied by most of the members.

1. Agree. But some other factor should be also be considered.
2. What is leader or leadership?
3. In many cases, it is true that leaders are always carrying the demands placed upon them. Leaders are created because people need leaders to guide them to what they want. We all know that people have inertia, and not everybody is strong-mind. So although many people many have the same wish to do something, they are still not strong enough to make it.
4. But leaders are not only important in politics and governments; they are also play crucial roles in other fields.
5. Moreover, in my opinion, leaders do not only come from others’ demands, but also from the will to fight for good and justice.
