There will also spring up a heated discussion that the best way to improve the quality of education is to increase teachers's salary.Some people believe that teachers' salary determines how much effort teachers will devote into their teaching,however,other people agrue that there are other more important fields we should focus on.I am,and probably will always be,one of those who support the latter.I will explore the most conspicuous ones here.

A close inspection of this agrument will reveal how flimsy it is,because there are many factors that influence education.Such elements as the government policy,community and family environment ,and even student's psychological condition impact the degree to which a student learn.Let's assume there is a little kid who live in an family environment that his or her parents are drug addicts.Although his/her teacher whose salary are high or not, consistantly tell him/her that drug will ruin his/her future,nothing will be change.He/She will be doomed to be a drug addict because of his/her family backdrop.

Another reason is that,in purpose of improving the whole education system quality,increasing teachers' salary is not the best way,that is,there exist many areas that still in a desperate need of teachers.If we invest those money,which will be used to increase teachers's salary,into the education of those area,leaving is the days that those kids living in some poor country area cannot go to school.Moreover,many hardware of our schools,from universities to elemantary schools,are in a desperate need for renewal.Therefore,teachers' salary is not the first priority to be considered.

Of course,increasing teachers's salary also can motivate them,making our teachers become more effective and positive.There are still many other advantages to increase teachers' salary.We have to see the story in both sides.However,in recent situation we face,this is not the first we have to consider.

What is also worth noticing is that many teachers in our country have already had a reasonable salary,not to mention the bonus and other incomes.If  their salary are promoted regardless,it will be too high for citizen to accept.Their performance are measured by the opinion of parents to them instead of their salary.

From what we have mentioned above,now, we can safely draw a conclusion that,when the education system is still not totally perfect and teachers' salaries are high enough,the project of increasing teachers' salary should be set aside temporarily.

Some people deem that, the lack of practice, which is caused by modern technology, explain well why children are less creative than before, however, other people hold the opinion that, as tools are increasingly smart, going is the day that creativity are limited by different kinds of problems. As a result, this can tremendously support the idea that technology is not a harassment to our children's creativity, on the contrary, is releases them.

In addition, in our schools, from universities to elementary schools, all are equipped with advanced gears, such gears as plasma , computer and even air conditioner have a great impact to which students can learn. With a large range of tools to choose from, students are more likely to become more creative because they no longer need to know those are not related to their subjects. In one word, they can focus on their study instead of the trivial.

Of course, high technology is a double-edged sword. For instance, there exist countless violent or blue computer games in market, luring our kids. We have to constrain the utility of technology, leading it toward the positive side.

What is also worth noticing is that because of the extent to which creativity is accepted as proof of a successful education, teachers devote themselves into cultivating children's creativity, with the help of modern technology, then ever before. Creativity and technology rely mutually. The lack of creativity makes new technology impossible. Likewise, no technology, plight of new inventions.

To sum up, technology will not block children's creativity. As time goes by, we can prove this clearly.

When come to the question that whether sports teach people lessones about life, different people will have various perspectives. Some people deem that sports are simply games whcih can just entertain us, however, other people oppose this opinion because sports were and are, those games about life, illuminating our mind and future. I will, and probably always be, one of those support te latter. I will explore the most conspicuous ones here.
One perspective is that sports originated from hunting games. During ancient time, our ancestors were in a desperate need of a strong body and a clear mind. Seldom can they live a comfortable life if they catch nothing and just rely on fruits as their food resources. Nowadays, although we no longer need hunting to make our living, health still is very important to us. In addition to a tremendous number of nutritious food provided by markets, sports also play a vary crucial role in haelthy living.
There is a reason that sports actually can teach us about life, that is, athletes try their best to win the games and give us countless amount of exciting performances over and over again. From them, we can learn one of the greatest spirit in the world- never give up. Futhermore , the slogan of Olympic Game-higher,faster and stronger, is also very suitable for our daily live. Many of us are inspired by it and succeed at last.
Of course, sport is not all in our life, we can learn previous lessons from many other things, such things as TV program, famous people addresses and the Internet have a great impact to which we learn. We have to see this story in both sides.
What is also worth noticing is that ,we can share our happiness with our friends through playing sports.As for me,I enjoy playing basketball the most,not only I am good at it but also for its team work spirit whcih can help me have more friends and feel successful from coorperation between my teammates while trying to win the game.It is exciting and inspiring.After all,hardly can a team win just because of one superstar------Michael Jordan does need the assist from Pipen，similarly, Karl Malone,John stockton.
To sum up, sports do give us previous lessons. More sports have served in our society as a positive enfluence than have any other games.
