With the quickening pace of life, competition goes increasingly ruthless and relentless, imposing tremendous pressure, a lot of dilemma and choices to
overcome and choose on each and every individual. For this reason, we need to ask for others' advices and suggestions and then make a choice and decision
for the future life. However, people's opinion diverge considerably on the matter of asking either older people or younger people for advice. From my
perspective, I am inclined to the view that older people's advice is more valuable than that of younger's.

Firstly, it is obvious and evident that older people's maturity plays a crucial role on our decision and choice, so the advice they bring about is more reasonable
and rational. I can think of no better illustration than an example of mine, which exercises a beneficial influence on my university life. It impresses me remarkably
that when the exam of attending university came across two years ago, I was faced with the problem of being too nervous and unstable. At that time, I asked my father
how to eliminate my situation. He told me to calm down and taught me many methods to relieve the pressure and nervousness. At last, I overcame the situation
successfully. What's more, older people own much experience, knowledge and abilities as well. This can be aptly exemplified and illustrated by the case of my exam of
attending university, too. After the exam, a following thing is to decide which university to attend. Of course, I turned to my father for help. It is his constructed
suggestions and much information that let me make a good decision to attend Hunan University.

Secondly, the relationship of older people is wide so that it can serve as a catalyst for valuable advices. Further lending credence to my position is the example of
Yaoming, who is a celebrated basketball player in the world. When he played for the Shanghai Shark team in CBA, it was his older coach and his coach's leaders' advices
that encourage him to join the NBA draft in 2002, which laid a solid foundation for his success.

Admittedly, there are also some advantages of younger people. Because they keep pace with society closely and intensely, it is the thought and information they own that can contribute
to valuable and worthless advices. Nevertheless, the value of advices that older people give outshadows that of advices that younger people give. So, I reinforce
my perspective that older people's advice is more valuable than that of younger's.

With the growing population and scarce education, competition goes increasingly ruthless and relentless, imposing tremendous pressure on each and every school-age
child. In order to encourage children to get a high and perfect score or even attend a good university, more and more parents give money to praise their children
for high marks. However, from my perspective, I am inclined to the view that it puts a potential and probable threat on the growth of children.

Firstly, it exercises an unfavorable influence on the psychology of children. Imagine a child who gets a good performance on his or her exam every time, he or
she will get money from his or her parents as a reward. Nobody could have failed to notice the fact that it can readily tell the child that every high mark can
exchange for money. And it will undoubtedly imply to his or her psychology that money is his or her final goal, so everything he or she does is to get a material
reward. For this reason, hardly can I picture the situation without the existence of material reward after the child grows up, which will, to a large extent, bring
about bad matters such as working exclusively for profit. What's more, it is due to the material reward that children's character will develop on a wrong way. To illustrate this, we need look no further
than the case of the above. As a result of material reward, money will occupy a large percent of the child's character. It's not hard to visualize that the child will
evaluate persons or objects using only money as the standard.

Secondly, it isn't beneficial for parents to foster the sense of achievement inside children's mentality. This can be aptly exemplified and illustrated by the case of
mine, which is a good example of my cultivation. When I was young, every time I got a good result of exams, my father and mother would always speak highly of me and
encourage me to work hard all the time. Even though I didn't get material reward from them, I felt happy and sense of achievement truly and strongly.

Admittedly, there are also some advantages of the method to give money to children for high mark. For instance, children can feel his or her hard working is
rewarding and worthy. Therefore, he or she will work hard continuously. Nevertheless, the disadvantages of the method outweigh the advantages. Thus, I reinforce
my opinion that it adversely affect children.

With the quickening pace of society and life, competition goes increasingly ruthless and relentless, imposing tremendous pressure on each and every individual.
Consequently, more and more people dress in good costumes and decorate themselves in good look to win success. In their eyes, good dresses and looks are more
important than good ideas for success. However, as far as I am concerned, I'm inclined to the view that good ideas are the priority.

Firstly, from the interior conditions for success, good ideas stand for a person's analytical thinking ability and innovative thinking ability. Because it is these
two abilities that lay a solid foundation for the later success of him or her. This can be aptly exemplified and illustrated by the case of Einstein, who is a famous
scientist in the world for his theory and discovery of physics. Even though he didn't dress well, it was his analytical thinking ability and innovative thinking ability
that brought him good ideas, which led to his status in the field of science and his success at last. What's more, from the exterior conditions for success, if someone
can always come up with good ideas at the first time, he or she will be paid a lot of attention to than others by his or her bosses or leaders. For this reason, the person
will achieve his or her goal easily and get success readily. I can think of no better illustration than the example of Kaifu Lee, who once was the CEO of Google
in China. There is a piece of celebrated words by him , "Hardly can I imagine the situation without good ideas in people's brain, which undoubtedly serve as a
catalyst for success."

Secondly, good ideas mean what someone think up that others can't come up with. As a result, it can bring about a new type of product, a new configuration of building
and even a new style of life. Further lending credence to my position is the example of Bell, who invented phones in the 18th century. From his case of success,
we can readily conclude that how indispensable good ideas are for success.

Admittedly, good dresses and looks can exercise a beneficial on success as well. Imagine that if a person with good dresses and looks and another person with bad
dresses and ugly looks come to interview, nobody could have failed to notice the fact that the person with good dresses and looks will stand out and the interviewer
will probably choose the former one. Nevertheless, the importance of good ideas outweighs that of good dresses and looks. Therefore, I reinforce my perspective that
good ideas are more crucial than good dresses and looks for success.

With the quickening pace of society, competition goes increasingly ruthless and relentless, imposing tremendous pressure on each and every individual.
In this case, we need to make ourselves equip with the ability to plan and organise, especially for our young people. So, as far as I'm concerned, I
am inclined to the statement.

Firstly, from the aspect of life, owning the ability of plan and organise exercises a favorable influence on our life of convenience. This can be aptly
exemplified and illustrated by the case of my good habit, which brings me a lot of good effects. Every morning after I get up, I will list a plan of what
big things to do during the day, such as meeting important people, attending a class and even having a nice picnic with good friends. This good habit makes
me feel everything in order so that I won't have the feeling of eagerness and worry about time and scheme. It is also this good habit that saves considerable
extra time for relaxing and enjoying the life, such as reading a book, drinking a cup of tea and so on. What's more, endowing with the ability to plan and
organise can also make us stay calm and energetic for some accidents and unexpected matters. When it comes to this point, many examples ranging from earthquakes
to flood come immediately to my mind. Imagine that if all citizens and governments could think out the possible results and measures, which could be planned and
organised, it would not cause so much casualties in each and every catastrophe every year.

Secondly, from the aspect of work, owning the ability of plan and organise serves as a catalyst for our success and achieving our goals and targets. Further
lending credence to my position is the example of Kaifu Lee, who once was the CEO of Google in China. It is his organised and ordered mode of dealing with
things that lays a solid foundation for his success in his career and status in the field of IT.

All in all, from all the benefits and merits that owning the ability of plan and organise brings about to us, it is essential and indispensable for us young
people to equip with it. Hardly can I picture the situation without the ability, which will makes a person difficult and hard to make achievements.

With the quickening pace of society, personal cars goes in increasingly numbers, imposing tremendous pressure on the public facilities such as roads and parks.
In order to solve this problem, most of people think up with the method that people should not pay to the public transportation. As far as I am concerned, I
am also inclined to this view.

Firstly, from the merits it brings about, it is the measurement that exercises a favorable influence on the protection and preservation of the environment. Imagine
that if we need not to pay for public transportation, many people will going to work by bus, subway or BRT instead of driving cars or taking taxies. There is a popular
consensus that this can serve as a catalyst for the protection and preservation of the environment. I can think of no better illustration than the statistic.
Experts from National Statistics Bureau pointed out that if all the citizens go to work or school by public transportation, the emission of carbon dioxide will decrease
by 60 percent per day. What's more, from the convenience it brings about to people, it is the measurement that will cut down the time of traffic jams on the way. Further lending credence to
my position is the statistics by National Statistics Bureau as well, which illustrates that if 50 percent of people choose to go to work or school by public transportation,
the fluent degree of roads will increase by 60 percent so that people will not spend too much time on the traffic jams.

Secondly, from the essence of money origin, it is the government's financial support that supplies to operate the public transportation. And the government's
financial support comes from our taxpayers' wallet. For this reason, It comes to no exaggeration that we citizens have already pay for all the expenses, which
are collected through our wages or other income by the government to spend on the public construction for us including public transportation. So there is no
reason for us to pay for the public transportation again.

Admittedly, it also this measurement that may put a potential and probable threat on public facilities. Hardly can I picture the situation with too many people taking public
transportation, which can undoubtedly put an enormous pressure on the use and management of public facilities. Nevertheless, the advantages it brings about outweigh the disadvantages.
Thus, I reinforce my perspective that people should not pay for public transportation.

With the quickening pace of society, competition goes increasingly ruthless and relentless, imposing tremendous pressure on each and every parents. For this
reason, there are more and more parents wanting to help determine the future of their children as they have planed and designed. However, children also resist to
this way their parents do, and they want to make their own choices. As far as I am concerned, I'm inclined to the view that parents should help determine the future
of their children.

Firstly, it is obvious and evident that parents' maturity plays a crucial role on children's decision and choice, so the determination they help to bring about to children
is more reasonable and rational. I can think of no better illustration than the example of mine, which has a great effect on my university life. Three years ago after
I graduated from high school, I was faced with the choice to determine which university to attend. At that time, I made a promise with my girlfriend that I must go to
attend the same university with her. After I told my parents, they told me that my life had a long time left, it was immature and unwisely to make such a determination.
And they suggested some choices that suited for my score and ability for me. Now everytime I recall the experience, I would always appreciate my parents' suggestion,
which exercises a beneficial influence on my university life. What's more, it is the parents' abundant experience, knowledge and abilities that can undoubtedly help children
make a right and appropriate determination or choice. This can be aptly exemplified and illustrated by the case of mine as well, which is a good choice that I accord with by
my parents' help and assistant. Let's back to the choice of university as well. After I chose the university, it was the time to select the major among hundreds of them.
So explicit and proper is my parents' advice that industry, engineering and management are my real interests, interests which lead to major in IE(Industrial Engineering).

Secondly, it is the width of the relationship of parents that can serve as a catalyst for valuable advices for children's future. Further lending credence to my position is
the example of my process of choosing which university to attend as well. As the above paragraph says, as soon as my parents helped me list some universities that were suitable for
me, they consulted their fiends and workmates to introduce all of these universities I had listed. So this method really laied a solid foundation for my desirable and perfect choice
of my university.

Admittedly, there are also some advantages for children themselves to determine their future, too. For instance, nobody could have failed to notice that it is someone himself or herself
that knows what he or she like, what he or she wants or even what he or she wants to be in the future deeply and intensively. As a result, the decision which was made by children themselves
reflects their real ideal and thought. Nevertheless, the advantages that parents help children to determine the future outweigh those of determination by children themselves. Thus, I reinforce
my perspective that it is better for parents to help determine the future of their children.

With the quickening pace of society, new thoughts and notions increasingly strike each and every individual, imposing tremendous pressure on the communication between
parents and children. For this reason, there are more and more parents complaining that it is more difficult to understand children today than the parents doing 50 years
ago. As far as I am concerned, I am inclined to the same position.

Firstly, as the introduction says, with the society technology and culture developing, there are more and more new thoughts and notions bringing about to children. So
the thought and idea of them have changed a lot gradually and eventually. This is considerably different from what the situation was 50 years ago. This can be aptly
exemplified and illustrated by the case of puppy love, which has been popular now among high school students or  even pupils. I can think of no better illustration than
the statistics. Experts from the National Education Bureau pointed out that the average percent of puppy lovers among students is up to 50 percent. On the contrary, this
phenomenon couldn't be imagined and pictured before 50 years. What's more, there is a popular consensus that the thought and idea of parents may not keep up with the pace
of children's thought change. I can think of no better illustration than the example of using cellphones, which has been prevalent and fashionable among children as well.
However, a noticeable number of parents regard it as an object which exercises an unfavorable influence on children's study. As a result, the distinction between parents'
and children's thought leads to the generation gap, which makes parents feel difficult to understand today's children.

Secondly, the influence of the whole society is another important reason. Further lending credence to my position is the example of television, which serves as a catalyst
for this situation. Nobody could have failed to notice the fact that today's media such as television, newspaper and magazine publicize more and more pornography, violence
and other unhealthy content so that children access to them readily. As a consequence, today's children are more mature than children in 50 years before, which also leads to
the misunderstanding between parents and children.

Admittedly, there are also other aspects which reflect the better understanding of children. A fitting example is that parents now are more open and senseful than before.
If their child makes a mistake, they will have a talk with him or her, which might be course and beat 50 years before. Nevertheless, the misunderstanding outweigh the
understanding. Thus, I reinforce my perspective that parents cannot understand children today as the parents understand children 50 years ago.

With the quickening pace of society, competition goes increasingly ruthless and relentless, imposing tremendous pressure on each and every individual. For this
reason, there are more and more parents coming up with the idea that children should be taught how to manage money at an early age in order to cultivate them
to become a financially responsible adult in the future. As far as I am concerned, I am inclined to this view.

Firstly, from the aspect of knowledge, it can, to a large extent, expand children's horizon and enrich their knowledge about finance or economy. Undoubtedly, the
knowledge children equip with will exercise a favorable influence on the formation of their financial brain in the future. This can be aptly exemplified and
illustrated by the case of Shi Yuzhu, who is a famous and rich man in China. When he was a child, his father would give him pocket money every month to let him
manage money by himself from 5 years old. As a result, from then on, he used this money to buy anything, which he regarded that was useful for him. At the same
time, he learnt a lot everytime he bought objects, such as pencil, knife and ruler. And the knowledge he learnt was, for example, what's the price of an object,
how to bargain with shopkeepers and so on. What's more, from the aspect of fostering abilities, it can nourish the managing and planning money ability effectively
and efficiently as well. When it comes to this, I can think of no better illustration than the example of me, which also reflects the advantage of managing money
at an early age. Just like what Shi Yuzhu's father did, my father would gave me pocket money every month, too. And my father told me to make a plan of using the
money at the beginning of every month. As a consequence, I would always calculate the amount of money I spent and make a design of how to use money. This measurement
urged me to become a planning and organized person now.

Secondly, it is the method of teaching children to manage money that enhance the own judgements of children as well, which will undeniably lay a solid foundation
for the financially responsibility. Further lending credence to my view is the example of me, too. As the above says, every time I got money from my dad, I would
make a plan to use this money to decide what to buy in this month and delay the plan of buying something in the next month. Gradually and eventually, I felt that
I could make a decision by my self and have a system of my own judgements.

Admittedly, there are also disadvantages of the measurement, too. For instance, if a child use this money to buy other useless things, it will serve as a catalyst
for the wasting habit of the child. Nevertheless, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. Thus, I reinforce my perspective that people should be taught to manage
money at an early age.

With the quickening pace of society, competition goes ruthless and relentless, imposing tremendous pressure on each and every individual. In this case, many
people advocate that government should pay more attention on the health care issues of citizens. On the contrary, others think that environmental issues should
be paid more attention to. As far as I am concerned, I am inclined to the former perspective.

Firstly, from the physical health of citizens, the situation of our country's citizen's health has been more serious in recent years. I can think of no better
illustration than the statistics. Experts from the Department of National Health Bureau pointed out that the average possibility of having cardiac and vascular
diseases such as hypertension and cardiac disease has increased by 40 percent in the past five years. And another statistics, which make people more anxious
and worried refers to the ratio of people who are in subhealth (under the health condition) has considerably raised by 60 percent. What's more, from the psychological
health of citizens, the situation can't let us feel relieved as well. As the introduction says, the stress of society is so vast that a lot of people can't immune
from it, which leads to many kinds of psychological diseases even suicide bringing about. This can be aptly exemplified and illustrated by the case of a worker,
who worked in Huawei, a big corporation in the field of communication in China. He took his own life in 2004 because of the tremendous pressure of work and leaders.
When it comes to here, we need look no further than the statistics of National Health Bureau, too. It is said that the ratio of suicide has grown increasingly for
about five years by 20 percent.

Secondly, from a remote point of view, a long-term unhealthy condition puts a potential and probable threat on the development and progress of a nation. Hardly can I
imagine the situation without a strong and healthy condition in both physical and psychological aspect of citizens, which won't undoubtedly achieve and get the ideal of
making each and every individual happy and satisfied.

Admittedly, the environmental issues must be paid attention to as well. It is the pollution and contamination of environment that exercise an unfavorable influence on
the development of economic, the health of citizens even the existence of wild animals. Further lending credence to my position is the statistics of the extinct numbers
of wild species, which has declined at the velocity of 20 every year. Nevertheless, the urgent degree of health issues outweigh that of environmental issues. Thus, I reinforce
my perspective that government should pay more attention on health care issues than on environmental issues.

With the quickening pace of high technology, more and more innovative and hi-tech inventions have been designed and researched, which refers to better feeling
of watching movies in cinemas because of these applications. However, there are a large amount of people who think it is better to watch movie at home. As far as
I am concerned, I am inclined to the view that it is better to watch movies in cinemas.

Firstly, nobody could failed to notice that the equipments and instruments of cinema are better than those of home, which serve as a catalyst for more striking
and real feeling of watching and listening. As the introduction says, this effect must be resulted from the development of technology. This can be aptly exemplified
and illustrated by the case of IMAX, which refers to 3 dimensions' watching technology applied to movies. When watching the IMAX movies, the audiences will have a
strong feeling that they are in the plot or scene of movies and seem to do what the actor or actress is doing. And there is no doubt that the movie, Avatar stands for
the peak of the application of this technology, which has made most of people all over the world sigh that it is so wonderful and exciting to watch Avatar in the IMAX
cinemas. What's more, from the environment of cinemas, it seems that watching movies with a lot of people at the same time will give people increasing emotion. Imagine
that there are 100 people watching a comedic movie named Happy things in family, it is so joyful, happy and glad to smile and laugh with so many people at the same time.

Secondly, watching movies in cinemas is also a romantic thing as well. Further lending credence to my position is an example of mine, which has been a piece of nice memory
in my heart. Every time I watch movie in cinema, I will always think of each and every time my girlfriend and I go to watch movie, delighted, pleased and romantic.

Admittedly, there are also some advantages to watch movies at home. For instance, one can do what he or she feels like to do at home when watching movies, such as
drinking a cup of coffee, dialing with friends and even cooking meals. So it is more convenient for people to watch movies at home. Nevertheless, the advantages of watching
movies in cinemas outweigh that of watching movies at home. Thus, I reinforce my perspective that it is better to watch movies in cinemas.

With the quickening pace of society, competition goes increasingly ruthless and relentless, imposing tremendous pressure on each and every individual.
In order to make citizens equip with more competitive abilities by education, many people maintain that it is the best way to improve the quality of education
is to increase teachers' salaries. However, as far as I am concerned, I am inclined to the opposite view. Because there are many other methods to improve the quality
of education.

Firstly, from the carrier of education, it is also an effective and efficient way to improve teaching equipments and facilities, such as computers, projectors and so on.
Because in the era of information explosion, it is undoubted that more and more knowledge is spreaded by Internet, computer and other hi-tech merchandise. This can be
aptly exemplified and illustrated by a case of mine, which happened in my middle school. When I was studying at Grade 2, teachers used chalks to write what they wanted to
teach us on the blackboard so that we students copied them down on our notebooks. But this teaching method had many disadvantages, for example, some students who were short-sighted
were difficult to see the words on the blackboard. And it was also a waste of time for teachers to write all the definitions or theories down. However, the school appropriated funds
to buy computers and projectors in Grade 3. So from then on, we could look at the computers to learn knowledge. And this change exercised a favorable influence on our understanding
and comprehending of knowledge. What's more, from another carrier of education, it serves as a catalyst for the improvement of education to compile better and more valuable textbooks
as well. I can think of no better illustration than the example of textbooks of primary school, which has changed a lot in the past 10 years. I can remember that when I studied in
primary school, my textbooks were only painted with words and less pictures. On the contrary, the textbooks of primary school nowadays are finer with more picturesque pictures to help
students to understand and master knowledge in them.

Secondly, it lays a solid foundation for the improvement of education to communicate with foreign schools and students, too. Further lending credence to my position is that experts from
the National Educational Bureau pointed out that the number of students who go to foreign schools to study has increased by 40 percent every year. This phenomenon can undeniably benefit
for the development of education.

Admittedly, to increase the salaries of teachers has many advantages. For instance, if the salaries of teachers rise by 50 percent now, nobody could have failed to notice the fact that
the enthusiasm and passion of teachers to instill their knowledge to students will go up considerably. Nevertheless, the effect of increasing salaries of teachers can't outweigh that of
the methods above. Thus, I reinforce my perspective that it is not the best way to improve the quality of education by increasing teachers' salaries.
