我想首先说感谢所有支持我的人，你们给我的帮助太多太多了
下面是签经：
早上8:10上的出租车，9点多到的。其实当时困的不行了，晚上没睡好，特别特别想逃跑，多亏了gg，他让我看着他的眼睛，吧我的plan再说一遍，这才有了进去的勇气。刚进去的时候，情况怎的不是特别好，在window10只有几个人在等，我就在旁边填表，一边看形势。后来真的都是想出
来了，又幸亏碰到一个物理系的同学,goudezhuren,鼓励我去签。10点的时候交了表，形势还是很糟糕，我一边排队，一边很担心。这时候就想到昨天cipher说，他有强烈的预感我能过，心里特有动力，豁出去了，大不了就拒了呗。
vo出场顺序：5号平头，6号dtt,7号xtt,8好美男，9号副领事。
3号可能是一个放水窗口，不时会听到喊：XXX请到3号窗口面谈，那个窗口很多过的和check的。

除了8,9之外，其他的几个窗口情况都很惨淡。到了11点多，5，7号也开始有一些过的，8,9已然很好，估计是要开始放水。这时候我也差不多到了。我大概12点的时候签的。很险，5和6都差不多签完了，dtt快了一些，把我们前面的一队叫走了，于是我就到了小平头，还不算最坏。

have brought some new materials, last time I don't have enough chance to tell you what specific field of molecular biology I will study. This chart will tell you that I will study computational biology in USC,like sequence comparison, sequence analysis
and genomic analysis. You can see I have taken many biological courses and got high marks and I also took many computer courses and got high marks. So I will continue to study computational biology in the future. I am qualified for it , you see. Also,
I have a good news. I have submitted one of my paper about rice genome reserch to a famous journal comparative and functional genomics, the official acceptance letter will arrive next week。

  What do you do with you PhD degree
l:(这么快就直入主题？) I will use the computational biology knowledge in USC into rice genome research when I come back to China. Can I ask you a question? Do you know who will feed China in the future? Biological scientist.
v:answer me directly, I ask what you will do after graduation.
l: Yes, I will do computational research of rice genome when I come back. As a researcher, the most important thing I care about is where my research can be used and where I can get fund for my research (昨天刚学的).  And in China I can get both.

l:You know China has a large population. And it is getting larger every year. We have to feed such a large population. Do you know 袁隆平（特纯正的普通话），He is the hero in my mind(超级崇拜的样子)!He increase the yield of rice in China and do a great
contribution to Chinese agriculture. But the reason he cannot increase the yield any more is that he only traditional method to study rice. What he need is modern molecular biology knowledge, that is what I am going to study in the USA. And you know
the Chinese government pay much attention in this field. I have done a survey into this field. Every year Chinese government invests more than 300 million yuan into rice research and in the future there will be more.

（看他不理我，继续说）Do you know my feeling? You know, my hometown is a village, some of my relatives have to buy rice in the market, they are farmers, they have to buy rice just because of the low yield of rice. You know, China is an agriculture
country, and every year we have to import rice from other countries.

l:No, China import rice. I know that.

l: (坚持！)No, import. I have done a survey, I know the net is import, from Tailand and some other countries. China only export those of good qualities.

l:看他不理我，接着说。 I will study computational biology in USC. I applied to six universities. In fact, when I got the offer from USC, I withdrawn others (昨天cardio教我的),you know, the reason why I choose USC is that it can give everything I
want(cipher教的，呵呵). The have the strongest program in computational biology in the US. A second reason is because of it free academic atmosphere. Every saturday, they have a seminar, when you can share your ideas and current research with other
colleagues and professor. That kind of education will help me a lot in my future.

l:接着说。 There are several big men in their program, such as Michael Waterman!(cardio教的，其实只有waterman一个比较牛，cardio说要用such as这样看起来有很多). He is one of the founder of computational biology(很神往的样子), he is elected to National
academy of sciences and American academy of arts and sciences. Also he invented Smith-Waterman algorithm to do sequence comparison. To study in his group is really an honour for me! In fact, I will do rotation in 3 different labs in the first year ,
including Waterman's.
v:So you will find a position in Tsinghua university?
l:看来使我的plan没说好，说了这么多，他还不知道我要在哪工作
No, I will work in Chinese Academy of Sciences, they have a genomic center.
v:抓住了什么似的，have you talk with any one in CAS?
l:Yes, I have talked with my current advisor.
v: Your current advisor work in CAS?
l: Yes! In fact he is the head of biophysics institution in CAS! There is his support letter. He encourage me to come back and work with him after graduation, focus on rice genome research. 塞进去，v看了一眼。
v:How do you know you can find a position after five years?
l:（非常自信！！  这个要感谢promethean,他昨天问道这个问题）Do you know how many proteins rice have? more than 23,000 proteins! As our current rate, we can solve 1000 per year, then we have to spend more thant 20 years to study it, it is a long term
project. That is why I am so confident that I can find a position after 5 years!

l:接着说！ You know that most of the culture land in China is of low yield, thus the problem of rice in China is how to increase the yield. You know, most Chinese scientist use traditional genetic method in this field , if we want to go any further in
this field, we need some modern molecular and computational biology knowledge! That is why I will go to the US and why I will come back ! When I come back to China, and use what I learn in this traditional field ,What

签证过程结束，可能我记得还不是太全，我从大概12点开始签的，argue了大概20分钟。过了，感慨很多

要感谢我最亲爱的gg,这段时间他一直在支持我，支持我找工作（我已经开始找工作了，呵呵），支持我2000.今天如果不是他鼓励我进去，我估计没进去就逃走了，还有，外面下着雨，gg一直等了我三个多小时，我说你怎么不到别的地方等我，我出来的电话给你啊，他说：我怕下雨了，你
出来会被淋，真的真的很感动，有这么好的gg，我真的不求别的什么了。恩，我们一起为了未来努力，好吧。
感谢我的爸爸妈妈，你们总是最支持我的决定，永远是我的后盾！

2000真的不可怕，关键两点：一所要表现你一定要回国，你有很完善地归国计划，第二点，表现你很优秀。就像今天平头对我说，although I don't know whether you will come back or not, I will issue you the
visa.因为我对未来有一个很清晰的思考，我真正考虑过我以后要做什么。

ok,今天先写这么多，还有很多感想和建议，以后我会慢慢说。
我很乐意帮大家vo,两次去，碰到hfmm和平头，还观察了一下dtt,xtt，估计能够给大家一些建议！
关键是不要紧张，不要担心！We deserve!
