2. reaching consensus well pave the way to realizing a politican's goal, these two are compatible.

2但是，我们不能否认理想在政治上的作用。A、很多时候人们的意见可能分析很大，以致使他们达成共识是不可能的。所以，我们需要理想（对于一个正确的国家的理解）帮助我们做决策。《南北战争》。B、即使民众达成共识，但因为他们知识和认识的局限，可能是对国家和自己有害的。此时我们政府应该参照对于理想的认识来决定。《大部分的学生希望最好每天都放假，老师根据他们的理想制定我们的课程》《大多数人都渴望经济的快速发展，但是国家必须从理想出发，保护环境》
3一个好的政府目标，应该追求兼顾理想和共同点的一致，这样才能赢得人们的支持。

1.        Ideal is important. (甘地，马丁路德金。。。)可是仅仅有理想后者过于坚持理想在政治上很难有所成就。
2.        Politic needs to meet the majority of its people, that is, common ground and reasonable consensus to guarantee that its nation could be under a relative stable condition.
3.        What’s more, government is often valuated by that whether it could satisfy its people. If not, often suffer overturn.
4.        However, it is not always the case that the majority insist on the correct standpoint. Politicians should remain a clear mind.
