好像大家很关心下午的情况。
Background: Male，Graduate—>Purdue,Phd，NE，Full.
过程:（vo穿西装，大概是副领事？）

I：Hello！sir，maybe i will be the last person you will talk with today
(我身后已空空无人，只有一堆人挤在win10)
VO：。。。（没听懂）。。。（拿着ds表）So you are going to purdue?
I:yes,i will study nuclear engineering.
VO:focus?
I: xxx,we are bodyguard of nuclear power plants。
VO:?
I:Bodyguard
VO:I can not got you?
I:保镖！
VO:？So you are bodyguard of some plant?
I: No.i mean i do reserach work to ensure the Safety of Reactor.
VO:I see.give me your G T。
I: Here you are,i must explain that i lost the orginal score of GRE,so i ask
the ETS send me a copy.
VO: Don't worry about that.(冷场，vo敲电脑) Why do you want to study in US?.
I: In the area of xxx.US has the advanced technology and plenty of
experiences.
VO:Did you apply chinese univ?
I:No
VO:How come?
I:Because the chinese univ do not have much mature technology and practical
experineces about xxx.the nuclear electricity and education is rather a
beginning.
VO:your plan?（敲电脑）
I:i will find a research position in a top institute such as......
  then i will design and construct the nuclear power plant in china,
  (开始语无伦次)， China is developing nuclear electricity most quickly in
the wide world, There will be a great market about 60 billon $,the nuclear
electricity will increased  by 5 times in the future 20 years,i think i can
get the best use of my knowledge......（这里忘了拿图表给他看）
Vo:i would like to issue you visa.but .......washington......
I:(听到washington，缄口)
VO:拿出篮纸，写写划划。give me your resume。
I:(给他)
VO: .....call you.....You can call us if no reply after 2 months.....
I:Ok,have a nice day!
VO:bye!

感想：
对我，绝对是放水，什么材料都没看，除了GT。
我准备的装了三封sl，transcript，admission，offer，Project，advisor，emails
搜罗的专业前景统计图表等的文件夹压根都没打开过。
问题很常规，没有Why not us这样的问题，虽然我详细准备过。
Check时留下了我的RESUME,DS,I20。

下午形势分析：
之前几乎没有看到任何一篇下午的F1签经，所以约到下午很奇怪，不知是好是坏。
我是接近500号，总共有100零几个人，我应该是7月一号最后一个签的。
我的感觉是：
下午好像很少不过的阿？（此句带有主观印象和夸张成分，
若以此为据对当前形势估计过于乐观者，本人不负责任，呵呵）
希望下午去的兄弟姐妹确证或反驳。
我站在后面观察半天，前面上去一个，下来几乎都是到win10，
好像一个团签的被拒。
win10那边挤了不少人，我重点留意的几个ppmm好像无一落马：）
印象中只有不多几个人象我这样的从窗口下来直接出去的，不知被拒还是check。
也许我观察漏了吧？感觉形势好到非常，与我网上见到的印象差距太大，
真的就像是去银行取钱一样，难道是因为下午F1比例不高？
但是看着很多人的确也是年轻人阿，学生样子的也不少。
由于下午只有100号人，每个人的时间都比较长，难道真的从7月形势转好？
