第一次写的作文。。折腾了2个小时。。希望大家提些意见

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? All university students should takebasic science courses, regardless of their field of concentration.

Basic science course is one of the key words in our time.A man without an education on basic science,many of us believe,is an unfortunate victim of this updating society,deprived of one of the 21st century opportunities.Personally speaking,I do strongly insist that all university students are supposed to take basic science courses.
When students go to further their study in universities,most of them are likely to choose one major course.Only specializing one’s own field,however,is not the initial purpose of the universities.They,in fact,tend to provide all graduates with a well rounded education.Taking basic science courses not only make students exposed to the fundamental area of science,but enrich their scope of knowledges well.At the same time ,many students may be not clearly know what their real intersts are.By learning basic science,they could gain the opportunity to find out what they are interested in as they will be able to contact a variety of fields of study.Then it is possible for them to pursue senior educaiton for education’sake and not just to learn a trade.
As the proverb says “Four eyes see more than two”,it is really conductive for graduates to take basic science courses because these classes have a positive effect on students to learn other subjects better.We can not deny that little can a computer expert do without mathematics knowledge.What’s more,a detective-novel writer will achieve nothing if he/she doesn’t know something about physics.As is known to all,the famous artists,Da Vinci,not only did he own achievements in painting but also in basic science.He used lots of physical principles when painting Mona Lisa Smile which become one of the most outstanding works in the Ranaissance. Here can we see basic science enables us to combine our concentrating fields with a base of science and technology so that we may cultivate our academic ability and realize our dreams.
Another point to be considered is that with the keen competition,it is increasingly difficult for university students to find a satisfying job.There is no denying that someone holding a good command of basic science may become more competitive for previously unavailable jobs.To illustrate,an employer is likely to desire a staff member who is conpentent in more than one major courseand offer higher salaries to attract them.Obviously,graduates having the qualities of basic science meet this condition.
WhenI was young,my teacher,Miss Tang once told me that “Science is the beacon.Without science,there is no secure direction.Without direction,there is no life”.So I assert that no matter how busy we are or whether we are interested in science,it isalways beneficial for university students to take basic science course.Due to this,our people can build a more and more gorgeous world.

改好了，见楼上。不明白不确定的多查查google一下。还有打字不太规范，逗号后空一格，句号后空两格，段间空一行。不知道考试对格式有无要求，不过看着应该漂亮些。
