Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The teacher should be paid according to how well students perform.

Recently, with the highly developed educational demanded, the quality of the education has attracted spread attention. And the standard how to value the price of a teacher has aroused the greatest concern. Different people have different point of view on this issue. Some people recommended that we should judge a teacher according to how well students perform. While others think it is unfair for some teachers in certain situations. I agree with the second point of view for following reasons.

First of all, in my country, schools may send different ability of learning students to different class to get their course. So the teacher who is sent to teach a good level class may get more opportunity to get more benefit or salary than those who are sent to teach a normal level or limited level class. Because the student in a good level class, in normal situation, can perform better than other classes.

In addition, this standard judgment cannot say exactly how struggle as teachers in their job. Because a lot of element can cause students perform no good. Illness, for example, is a uncertain factor that lead to such things happened. Just imagine that if you were the top student in your grade, you will not want to see that your teacher be punished simply because your no good performance in a test result of illness. This may put some pressure to the student that may lead to a second depression in his or her test.

Even though the standard of judging teachers simply from their students is not scientific, it also can telling some truth that whether the teacher should change the teaching method they used and it also can reflect the education quality of a teacher even a school.

Taking all above mentioned into consideration, I still consisted that the teacher should not be paid according to how well students perform. Because so many factors can result in a consequence we do not like to see.
