第一次写ISSUE。感觉自己只能说理。但是举不出实例，所以字数一直上不去。
问：1.这篇文章举什么例子合适呢？  2.该怎么加强自己举实例的能力呢？


TOPIC ISSUE51---"Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."
Knowledge is power. The saying is used to point out that nowadays knowledge plays a vital role in the development of the modern society. So, effective education is required.
  Education here refers to the school education and the education in the training agencies in society. Admittedly, the education consists of three functions below. Firstly, education should help students to realize the basic world outlook. In the second place, we form our basic knowledge system through years of education. Thirdly, we are guided when we choose our occupation by receiving education.
  Without regard to the grasping the basic world outlook, the students will not be capable of making important decisions. Deep down he will never know what he should chase in his whole life.
  If the educators simply teach the students the same outlook of value instead of establishing their own system of value, they cannot foster students with various perspectives. So, the educators should teach the students specifically designed to meet the individuals needs of each students.
  Only when students find their own interests and acquire basic skills, can they get an occupation which is suitable for themselves. And they can not only make contributions to the society but also fulfill their dreams.
   In sum, I concede that education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.
