Sublease a room in a three-bedrooms apt.
The lease started on Aug 2010 and ends on July 2011 so there are still couples of month left. But you will sign a new lease with landlord and cancel my old lease.
The sublease time starts on NOW or March!
rent: 410$+utility
utility is around 80$ in winter and 30$ in summer(per person).
The location is good. There are red line station "Berwyn" there, around 5 min walk distance
There are Chinese market, Thai market, Jewey, dominick, and some other markets too
very convenient neighborhood
The room is the biggest one, around 11m3.
The apt is garden apartment but every room has window and lights are good. very big kitchen and large living room
The room has no furniture
The other two roomates are Chinese DePaul students, clean and quite.One master one Doctor
Students are welcome!
What we want: quite, clean girl roommate. NO PARTY, NO PETS
responsible, no loud music
easy-going and friendly
no guest stay overnight
