万分幸运碰到美男! 耐心，不打断，看材料, 回避请你自选VO，容易建立交流气氛...
美男对我们正宗civil engineering有良好的check纪录，所以我也没被刁难
问答大致如下，现场说得不流利，但比较诚恳——某些VO那副杀气都不容你诚恳,sign!

VO: What's your specialty in civil engineering?
Me: Building structural control.It's to protect buildings from collapse under
    quake and storm.
VO: So you are a graduate in Tsinghua Univ...
Me: Yes.I'm a Master student and will get my degree next week.
VO: Why not study in a Chinese university?
Me: Research in my field in China is short(poor English :P).Even American
    experts were invited to help design the structural control systems for
    Nanjing TV Tower in 2000.To study it in its hometown can speed up my
    future development in China.
VO: Please give me your transcripts from Tsinghua.
(I submitted it.)
VO: What position will you get after graduation?
Me: You mean my future plan?
(VO nod.)
Me: I'll join a Chinese institute of building science,such as ***.I wanna
    develop structural control systems for buildings, stadiums in China.So
    many new buildings will be constructed in China next decades.It's a big
    chance for me to apply my knowledge.
VO: How many univeristies did you apply?
Me: Six.They are all strong in my field.
VO: How many admitted you?
Me: Four admissions.Only this offer.
(VO played his computer and disregarded me.)
Me: In the Xinjiang quake this February,nearly 300 persons died from building
    collapse.I want to use my knowledge to improve building safety in China.
(Silence...)
Me: I have talked with the director of *** and got his supporting letter.
    It's the top institute in my field in China.
(Silence...)
Me: So many buidling projects will wait for me in China(开始胡说了).
    I will surely come back!
VO: blabla...(忘了怎么说的,反正就是check)
Me: For my major is sensitive?
VO: Yeah.
Me: Thank you for your reconsideration.Wish you a nice day!

罗嗦几句:
1. 1k前觉得要靠精心准备；
   1k悲剧后觉得是自己没有讲清plan，没能及时发现VO的疑点进行解释；
   2k准备中觉得这是世界上最无聊的游戏，萌生抵触情绪；
   2k现场发现：北京签证就是赌运气，碰不同的VO就不同的结局!
   本来我们这队是碰XT的,结果后面一队被先拉过去了,我们就留给美男了.

2. 前面两个gg在美男处都露出马脚，被美男反诘。一个是未来老板中国人，该gg用
   第16问的经典答辞回应；另一个是现在老板为中国院士，不知被美男揪住什么
   反问一通，该gg匆忙解释。最后都check了，呵呵

3. 1k是被小平头据的,今天怎么看他怎么不顺眼。他据人前不露声色,但是盖戳速度奇快。
   对n000的人，DT似乎就没想过放。无言！
   没观察到XT今天的态势，但今天他手下倒是两个敏感专业的直接Pass

前两天就想好了：

无论2k过与据，我都将从此解脱，重新安排打理自己的生活，享受每一缕阳光和自由空气
