Education is the process to pass the knowledge that human has accumulated to the next generation whose importance to the civilazation（拼写错） can never be exaggerated. Because of the significance of education, people are always asking: "How can we improve the quality of education?" Some views deem that increasing teachers' salaries is the best way to improve the quality of education. From my perspective, I disagree with the statement.

Admitedly（拼写错）, teachers are playing one of the most significant roles in education. Actually, they are the chief roles in the process of educating students. They own knowledge and method of teaching. Also, their various personalities are able to influence and shape students' values. For example, one of my zoology professor has a excellent sence（拼写错）of humor who also loves the subjuct （拼写错）so much that when he gives the lecture, he can always makes the knowledge about different class of animals lively presented to us. As a result, we also generate the interests to zoology.

However, the problems that hamper the quality of education from ameliorating can not be solved by simply increasing teachers' salaries. On one hand, teachers are not necessarily lacking of money. As far as I am concerned, the income of teachers in China and most part of the world is above the average standard of the whole population. Consequently, even if their income is to expand, they will not have to become more devoted to the education. On the other hand, teachers' low devotion or contribution to the education is not because their low salaries but the result of low social respect and expectation. For instance, hardly are there parents expect their children to become teachers in the future. Instead, managers, scientists, political leaders, doctors and lawers （拼写错）are more likely to be listed in children's dreams. Therefore, a lack of social respect and expectaion（拼写错） leads to teachers' low devotion to the education, thus declining the quality of education.

Furthermore, there are other measures to be taken so as to improve the quality of education. More funds can be invested into enhancing the educational instruments such as liberay, （拼写错） labotory, （拼写错）classroom, textbooks and so forth. In fact, a lot of instruments mentioned above are of poor condition. Take a primary school in China as an example. Hundreds of pupils there share a classroom which was once a small meeting room of that village. Their books are worn up and out-of-date since they were donated by schools in the urban area several years ago. What make things worse, pupils there have no access to necessary experiments since there are not labotory （拼写错）in the school. The most effective way to improve the education in schools like this should be invest more funds to improve their physical condition rather than teaching quality.

To sum up, increasing teachers' salaries does not necessary lead to the increasing in the quality of education. There are a lot of alternatives for the problem.（最后这里，最好把alternatives写出来吧，这样就能让人对你之前写过的建议加深印象了）
