I agree insofar that the same national curriculum play an important role in the education. However, according to the aim of the education and the variety of each part, it is all students that should to study the same national curriculum is impossible and needless.

At begin with, I concede that the same national curriculum will benefit some students and schools. Because of different curriculums, the collage entrance examination seems not justice as it stands. Leaving the differences of the intelligent, the students who learn the better curriculum may have a higher opportunity to enter a better school. The same national curriculum, as a result, will rule out this injustice. Furthermore, we must admit that the curriculum established by the nation may be more advanced than one built by some poverty and remote parts. In addition, from a national angle, the same national curriculum certainly promotes cultural blending and therefore comity the whole country. In short, we should not neglect the importance of the same national curriculum.

However, it is all students that should learn the same national curriculum in different parts is not capability to achieve and also pose some detrimental effects. Firstly, the same curriculum may ignore the interests and needs of each student, which will disobey an effective education method and
deviate from the aim of the education. As a common sense, teaching according with individual needs and interests is the elementary principle of the learning process. What’s more, as mentioned above, the same national curriculum seems advocate the justice of the education, nevertheless, the speaker overlook the benefit of those students who will not attend the collage entrance examination. This curriculum designed to prepare the exam is not suit for the students going to work. To a certain extent, this curriculum is not as justice as it stands. Thirdly, the most important thing is that the same national curriculum destroys the variety of the country without doubt. The same national curriculum will not satisfy the needs of each part. After all, only few countries are made up by one ethnic group. For instance, there are 56 ethnic groups in China and each part has a special language and culture distinguished from others. If people were forced to accept the same curriculum which is likely disobey their culture, it would lead to some social problems. Finally, which organization and what standards to establish this curriculum are open to doubt.

Of course, we cannot deny that the nation will be more experienced than some parts in several core and fundamental courses such as mathematics, science, history and computer and they should be suggested to be studied with the same curriculum. Besides, the nation should also help the regions to set up a sufficient education system, offer some recommendation about the curriculum and give the financial help. However, the regions still have their own right to choose the most suitable curriculum for themselves such as art, culture, tradition and etc.

In sum, whether apply such the same curriculum is based on many factors. We cannot make any decision until taken every merit and drawback into consideration.
