               Education is a fundamental element for building a fulfilling life of everybody, thus, there is always a dispute on how to improve the quality of education. Nowadays, some experts suggested that the increasing of teachers’ salaries is the best way to improve the quality of education. However, from my perspectives, I can’t hold the view that the best way to improve the quality of education is to increase teachers’ salaries.

               First of all, teacher’s ability is just one side of the education quality. We can’t put all the materials to improve our education system into a partial aspect. Students’ knowledge gained not only through classes but also by reading in all kinds of books, this means a library with diverse kinds of books also play an important role in students’ studying. What’s more, just receiving passively from teacher’s teaching or books is far away enough to obtain the essence of the concept. Practice and experiment which definitely are entailed for further in study process require entire and precise equipments in the laboratory. We can have an image of the scenario that teachers with high salary teach students in the class with all kinds of method but some of the knowledge is really abstract, while there is no suitable book in the library for students to dig into and no equipment in laboratory to show the direct results. This kind of education can’t be catalog into high quality.

              Furthermore, high salary can’t always make a teacher be good at teaching. It is acknowledged that a good teacher is not just required a good comprehend on his/her subject but also rich experience on teaching and friendly character. With the stimulus of salary, some teachers may take course on their shortcoming to improve their ability and try to become suitable for this job. As we all, however, not all the things in teaching can be learnt in a short time, such as the way to illustrate different concept, catching students’ idea correctly, dealing with emergency, etc. Considering all of these, it is more important to build an effective system to train the new teachers in contrast to just giving them high salary and expecting them would improve the teaching quality.

           In conclusion, just increase teachers’ salaries would not have a profound influence on the improvement of education quality. We should take more thought on the way to improve our education quality.

Everybody wanna be success in career, but how to seek a successful career is really a tough question that received variety answers from different aspects. Nowadays, there are some opinions said it is well relate to other people more important than studying hard at school for future career. Though some people consider it is reasonable. However, from my perspective, I still deem that hard working is more important.
  
  To begin with, hard working is an essential principal to success wherever you are. While a success career actually is relay on a bunch of factors, it is impossible to put hard-working’s influence on success to the second place. For instance, let us have an image on the success person in history, we can hardly choose a man who is not work hard but finally get success. Bill Gates and Steve Jobs’s success stories which are widely spread and learnt all over the world are both good examples for hard working. What’s more, as we all know the famous proverb “No pain, no gain”, if we don’t work hard, it is really a daytime dreaming for a success career. Consequently, if students don’t dedicate themselves into school studying, how can you have the expectation he/she would work hard in further career and how can the success story be happened.
  
  Furthermore, relationship cannot generate effects for success all the time. Firstly, we should admit the relationship, which sometimes surely makes a lot of intricate things become simple to settle, plays an important role in the process of success. However, the relationship wouldn’t always make the things done. Since the competitors have well relate at the same level, they are at the same start-running line and who would be the winner has nothing to do with the relationship. In addition, the only way we can choose to compete with rival when we are in a brand-new environment is to use our ability which is improved through hard working and acquainted from experience. And it is obvious that merchants are seeking for profits, artists put art work at their first place and scientist try their best to make progress in technology, thus these all are not related to the relationship of people when you can’t give help to their work.
  
  To sum up, the well relationship to other people would accelerate our speed to success, but it does not have a critical value for success. We should work hard and exploit all the advantages we have in the way to a success career.

With more and more work having to do, nowadays some people consider that it is a waste of time to make sure all the work be finished correctly and we should work quickly though mistakes would happen. However, from my perspective, I still deem that all the work finished correctly is more important.
To begin with, correction is the essential principal of all kinds of jobs. If we can't do the things in the right way, all the things we have done is useless. Take the exam as a example, since the score just relay on the correction of your answer, even though you finish the paper first of all, you cannot get a high mark due to your wrong answers. Even in some fields required a high speed, we also need to perform in a meticulous way. As we all know the rally race which not only required athletes running as fast as possible but they also need to pass their stick to the next partner without any fault. We always can see the team's lose because of their incautious stick passing.
Furthermore, working in a slow way does not mean we are low efficiency. In contrast, with a high quality achievement, the job can be counted as excellent. Nowadays, the Apple's products, such as the cell phone 'Iphone', tablet computer 'Ipad', etc, are extremely popular all over the world. Comparing with other companies, Apple indeed take the charge of the market, even though they just release only one new product per year to compete with other company's massive products. We would say that the Apple's design is too slow, but we must admit its high efficiency to the market. Any excellent job cannot be done in haste. Consequently, if we can do our job unparalleled, then don’t care the time.
However, it surely is a ability to do the job in a fast way when the correction can be a prerequisite. We always complain about the endless jobs and have no time to relax. With so many heavy work, particularly those simple, repeating and tedium jobs, it can be a requirement to finish all the things as quick as possible.
    To sum up, we should work in a quick way, but it is not sensible to neglect the importance of correction. We should do the work and make sure that everything is correct.

Nowadays, more and more people suffer from all kinds of healthy problems. Consequently, some people contribute these headache problems to the unhealthy eating habits and assert all the habits are mainly caused by the prevalence of food advertisement. We should admit some advertises inevitably have a negative effect on the health issue. But I can't agree that it is the main cause of unhealthy eating habits.
First of all, Unhealthy eating habits can be formed due to variety of factors. The ancient age people already have bad eating habits which induce fat and other more severe diseases. It has no affair with the advertisement, since advertise has not invented yet. In addition, it is common sense that one with less self-discipline is much easier to attain the eating problems, while other people perform well even though the advertisement shows something misleading. With the increasing pace of human lives, the bad eating habits also could be a result of busy working or hard studying, because of enormous works have to be finished and having no time to care about eating.
Furthermore, advertisement often doesn’t have the meaning of bad eating habits. In contrast, some of these are helping people to have the diet in a right way. For instance, some food shops advertise for their breakfast supply with a big discount, which let people consider that having a breakfast is reasonable and apparently these advertisement can help people build a good habits that having breakfast every day. Meanwhile, all the advertisement are under supervise, that is to say, albeit infrequently, a bad eating habits supporting advertisement once appeared would not last long and the food manufactory could be punished if the food caused healthy problems.
To sum up, unhealthy eating habits would lead to an unhealthy body which no one want to obtain. Thus, we should make efforts to improve our eating habits despite complaining about the advertisement.

With the fast developing of our society, there are all kinds of social or political problems appeared in the media every day. Some teachers like to share their ideas on some serious issues in class, which caused a widely dispute on whether teacher should talk these social or political problems in class. From my perspective, I deem that if the subject our teacher is teaching has no relevance to these events, they had better not mention it in class.

To begin with, gaining knowledge is the essential principal for class. Students paid their tuition and hope they can learn useful knowledge in class. Teacher's interests to current affairs could not only have no improvement on teaching efficiency but also be a waste of time. For instance, if we have math class and teacher talk some things about the protest in Middle-East, which rarely has relation to the math studying. I think it is not appropriate because we can talk these after class and it would be decent to save the time to answer students’ problems.

Furthermore, teachers view sometime could make students annoy and lead to low efficiency in class. As it is known to all, not all the person hold the same idea. If some students' opinions are not coincide with teacher’s, at best it would spend extra time to debate in class, at worse students would take some extremely action, just like quitting the class or accusing the teacher. These would surely have no positive effect to class but be harmful to students studying.

Finally, all the students almost have no social experience and haven't shape their own philosophy. If teacher has some surplus time in class, teacher should talk something helpful to build up students’ independent thinking otherwise those negative events. These let me recall my English teacher in high school, she not only taught us English but also showed us how to been a real person in society and the importance of confidence, optimistic and self-discipline. We all discern her as a teacher deserve respecting.

To sum up, we can express our view on social or political problem in lots of occasions but not in class. It is imperative to just teach the subject scheduled and show the positive side of life in order to avoid dispute in class.

With the fast developing of our society, people get more and more concerning about their jobs. Nowadays there is an argument about whether young people should change their job frequently. Some people concede that the youth should change their inadaptable jobs as soon as possible. From my perspective, the utility of long term jobs far outweigh that of short-time jobs.
First and foremost, doing a job in the long term shows one's persistence, which is the most significant quality of one's character. As is known to all, success comes from the long-term persistence, keeping learning and trying until the end. This could be illustrated by the example of Edison, the "king of inventor". Edison tried all kinds of materials to find the most acceptable substance for lighting. Even though people at that time did not believe him and mocked him, Edison believed he would be success as long as keeping trying. With such quality, we should admit Edison deserve the title and our respect. Consequently, we should try our best to perform well in the job in spite of those negative influences, and then the way to success can be easily accomplished.

The other reason for not changing jobs is that it always costs a long period to get familiar with the new environment. By doing the job for a long time, we get to know the essence and details of the work and have a relationship with colleagues. At this time, we can show our talent and easier to get promotion. Moreover, as is known to all, we cannot change the environment, the only thing we can do is adopt ourselves. Even in a new position, we could face the same problem that causing the job switching. Therefore, it is not wise to keep changing jobs and waste time to acquaint those new things.

More important is that long term job conducive to our lives. Less change in the job not only has benefit for ourselves but also is good for our family. We need not get involved in finding new jobs and having intensive interviews, which sometimes are boring and frustrating. In addition, the most important significance is that we don’t have to move, find the new house and be adapted to the new environment. So our family is not being disturbed and our life can still in the ordinary way. Otherwise, frequently changing does harm to our life.

To sum up, the drawbacks of trying different jobs outweigh its merits. In other words, it pays to stay in a long term in one job.
