在上海考的，考得不是很好，但无论如何回馈GTER报下机经吧，issue是：103"The study of history has value only to the extent that it is relevant to our daily lives." 还有一个记不得了，不是高频。argument：1.The following appeared in a memorandum written by the vice president of
Nature's Way, a chain of stores selling health food and other
health-related products.

"Previous experience has shown that our stores are most profitable in
areas where residents are highly concerned with leading healthy lives. We
should therefore build our next new store in Plainsville, which has many
such residents. Plainsville merchants report that sales of running shoes
and exercise clothing are at all-time highs. The local health club, which
nearly closed five years ago due to lack of business, has more members
than ever, and the weight training and aerobics classes are always full.
We can even anticipate a new generation of customers: Plainsville's
schoolchildren are required to participate in a 'fitness for life'
program, which emphasizes the benefits of regular exercise at an early
age."

写了70+argument也没有读过这篇。。。。真的很衰- -考场上一紧张看题都看了3，4分钟，不错错误都差不多，找了4,5个写，字数估计还是能有500+，但考场上脑子一片白，语言.........╮(╯▽╰)╭  issue居然抽到了第7高频。。。。考前根本没想到这么好的运气，从1开始正序模考到26左右。。。。早知道就逆序了。。。后面不放心，还重列了前12的提纲，结果7正好列得很简略，欲哭无泪- -同志们还是认认真真的不要放过每一道高频吧，列了提纲在考场上用处确实很大。。。。issue也是，精辟的词汇都想不起来，全是低级词汇，不过估计还是有550+吧。。。

顺贴一篇issue 48的提纲，个人觉得像这样列提纲，如果时间不够，不写全文也很有用，希望对大家有帮助。。。
确实，当今的历史的研究过于关注个人，但是那些历史上最有意义的事情是both 少数和大众一起完成的contribute to，我们既不应该过分强调great figures也不能忘记groups of people
1. 大量的历史都是记录document great figures 因为他们显赫的illustrious功绩achievement更容易被历史学家historian 发现，只有很少的关于人民大众的描写；这归因于一些统治者对自己的推崇self-promotion 这样可以扩大影响力improve the political influence，keep power保持政权，自然，这些advertisements因为widely spread被保留下来，从而为后人所知；一些英雄被人们所神化deify  a deified hero，所以人们通过extol 他们，来maintain moral and ethical ideas有时是一些brave and persistent qualities 为世人所学习。 如一些二战当中的战斗英雄combat hero， 在近代modern中国，雷锋the call for learning from Lei，typical figure of accommodating
2. 在历史的进程中，excellent figures的作用是至关重要的be of great consequence，国家领袖让我们的社会向正确的方向前进direct to the right position，Deng Xiaoping countered the legacy of idealism with pragmatic policies， liberalizing the economy and society， accelerate the speed of the economy growth；诸多creative 的科学家对technology的发展做出了卓越的prominent 的贡献，以致我们现在的lifestyle巨大的变化，更方便更高效； The Wright Brother introduced the aircraft，travel in an effective way， save time； the computers and internet 让我们的世界变得更小，人们了解the diversity of the world，benefit more，同时communicate better
3.  不可否认地，在历史的进程中，普通人们也起到了重要的作用。如果只有个人，没有support of people，那些great ideas 只是the castle in the air，we see it easily but never have a chance to achieve it；revolutionary movement will only be effective with the help of people， Martin Luther King Jr确实在resist racial discrimination 中起到很大作用，但是如果没有人支持他，situation will remain the same，不会有如此大的变革no change happen，如果毛泽东chairman Mao得不到farmer and worker 的advocacy，no reform will exist。Chinese people may suffer nowadays
