     IELTS简介

    IELTS (International English Language Testing System)，中文称国际英语测试制度(简称雅思)是由剑桥大学考试委员会，英国文化委员会，及澳大利亚教育国际开发署联合举办是非英语国家考生赴英联邦国家高等教育机构就读进修或移民、工作及其他个人原因等所必须通过的语言测试。

    考试类型

    雅思考试分为两种类型：学术类和培训类。考生应根据其实际及考试目的选择合适的类型

    结构和内容

    雅思考试包括四部分：听力、阅读、写作及口试，听力、阅读及写作测试在星期六上午进行，口试一般在星期六下午和星期天进行。笔试的顺序为听力、阅读、写作，考生必须完成雅思考试的四个部分，才能得到成绩。

    听力：30分钟听录音并回答问题，四个部分，40个问题

    阅读：60分钟分为学术类和培训类，三篇英语文章，40个问题

    写作：60分钟分为学术类和培训类，写两篇短文，一篇150个字，一篇250个字

    口语：15分钟考官由大使馆指派，与考官进行交谈；

    计分

    雅思考试采取九个等级的成绩制度，得分是由1级到9级，总体评分是由电脑按照考生四个单得分而得出的综合评估，雅思考试没有及格或不及格，各大学及高校一般要求入学者的雅思总评分为5至7.5分，这取决于学术类考生所申请的学校与课程。移民类的考生可以通过有关移民局确认移民申请所需基本成绩。雅思考试成绩有效期为两年。

    报考说明

    填写IELTS考试申请表，同时交身份证复印件(考生必须在正面用汉语和汉语拼音签名)，二寸六个月内的彩照三张(在照片背面签名)，考生英文须知(在考办索取，并在须知最后签名)，考试费1255元。函报考生需另加50元函报费。要求考生本人必须在申请表、身份证复印件、考生英文须知上及照片背面用中文和汉语拼音签名，任何人不能代签。如果签名不符，将不能参加考试。

    申请表填写说明

    1、预定考试日期：填写你所参加的考试日期；

    2、Family Name(姓)，将姓填写在此项，如张志宏，填写为Zhang(张)

    4、Other Name(名)，填写为Zhihong(志宏)；

    5、用中文和英文填写考生的通信地址及邮编；

    9、考生所出示的证件类别及证件号码，护照/身份证；证件号码；

    10、11、国籍：P.R. China, 代码 042；母语：Chinese，代码021，将英语写在横线上，代  码写在方框内。

    12、职业领域和级别：请在下表中分别查出自己的职业领域和级别，将英语写在横线上，将职业代码和级别代码填写在后面的三个方框内。

    Candidates must select either the Academic or General Training Reading and Writing Modules depending on the stated requirement of their sponsor or receiving institution.

    The Academic Reading and Writing Modules assess whether a candidate is ready to study or train in the medium of English at an undergraduate or postgraduates level. Admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses should be based on the results of Academic Modules.

    The General Training Reading and Writing Modules are not designed to test the full range of formal language skills required for academic purposes. The emphases of General Training are on basic survival skills in a broad social and educational context. It is suitable for candidates who are going to English speaking countries to complete their Secondary education, to undertake work experience or training programmers not at degree level or for immigration purposes to Australia and New Zealand.

    16、是否参加过IELTS考试? 如参加过，选Yes,填写考试日期和考点。没参加过，选No可。

    20、此项不用填写。大使馆将给每位考生寄一份成绩，如果是加拿大使馆的移民申请表，英国使馆会自动给香港或北京的移民办事机构寄送一份成绩。如考生需要给其他学校或机构寄送成绩，可向使馆提出寄送申请，使馆将免费寄送五份成绩。
