选校花了我三四个月，如果可以，但愿我用着其中1/4来套磁，也许会有更好的结果。建议同学们多看看坛子里前辈们的经验，多和本校的学长学姐交流。我非常羡慕国内导师是海龟的同学。all in all,早计划，多交流。
有明确的detailed的方向 yes——文献搜索——导师——学校——筛选合适档次的学校（推荐）
no——表1:学校的基本信息表。专业排名N1~N2的excel表格。
1 N1和N2请量力而行
2 items包括学校地点，deadline,是否rolling，G、T、GPA要求，program，acceptance，financial aid。以上信息均可在各学校的graduate admission里找到。
3 鼓励骚扰小米，当年program招多少人？以往international多少？G/T可不可以寄photocopy？application fee可以waive？增大投中概率，省钱，但如果你觉得麻烦可以跳过。（本人没有这么干，如果我干了我今年可能只投5~6个）。
4 有兴趣的话，可以按合适度给各项打分，编一个加权公式，最后得到一个适合你的排名。
表2：合适的professor信息。
1 学校，职称，funding，research interest，publication，邮箱。一般，research interests只要看他最近的funding和publication就可以知道。
2 从funding时间和发文章频率可以看出他又没有可能招人。当然，最好是发邮件询问。
3 身在江湖，要跟对人。

sheet1是120以内所有学校至少两个学院的大表，bug多，所以在此不列。这个表格是从sheet1而来，按照deadline排列。因为UTA网站上说financial aid需要自己在校外申请，放弃了。表中第一列红色是rej，绿色AD，黄色offer，无色未知（估计会红的）。第二列是专业排名。高的太高，低的太低，失败范本有木有！！！
