Do you agree ordisagree? In a team, those who do not accept others' criticism can not succeed.
Team work is a hottopic which people have discussed for a long time. How can we keep a team do job

Is team workreally helpful to improve efficiency? These questions are explored by people toget most benefit. When asked about whether those who do not accept others'criticism can no succeed in a team, in my point, I will agree with the sayingto some degree.
Firstly, it isteam work that needs all members to do their best to obtain success. Teammanager will assign different job for different members. For example, in a teamof software developing, some members are responsible for programming, somemembers will do the test, and there are also some members whose jobs arerelated with the software sales. It is essential for members to combine theirachievement with others' work. Like, people who responsible for sales need tocommunicate with people who do the programming in order to get a plan少了介词 how the software will attract consumersand whichtechnology needs to be publicized to compete with other software.So cooperation is the most important ability for members in a team, which helpsthem to finish a project together. If someone don't listen to others' criticismor suggestion, he/she is not suitable for team work. Secondly, since aperson's ability is limited, it is hard for one person to make a greatbreakthrough. Historically, many great achievements are team work. Forinstance, Google is the cooperated work of Larry Page and Sergey Brin. Theycomplement each other's disadvantage, and try to make the best search engine. Ifone person always persist his/her thought, it is possible for him/her to go inthe wrong direction and can't get out. Listening to others' criticism makes iteasier for people to succeed. When I have no idea about some questions, I willalways discuss with my partners. Perhaps they don't know the answer, but theirminds which differ from mine can offer other possible methods which I have notthought of by my own.
To sum up, for aperson who wants to stand out in a team, he/she should accept others' criticismand suggestion.
