收到城大Media and Communication Department这封邮件，是不是就算是会录取了？

我3月底赶着deadline申了CTU的MAIMC，今天收到Media and Communication Department发的邮件，内容如下：


Dear Applicant:


We are very pleased to inform you that your application to our MAIMC (MA in Integrated Marketing Communication) programme (P39) at the City University of Hong Kong has been fully considered; and you have been recommended by the Department for admission to the programme.


Please also be noted that it may take the University about two week's time (may be even longer time) to verify all the application documents you submitted; therefore, the formal "Letter of Admission" will NOT reach you till almost the end of May 2011 (even later).
