从这里收获很多，现在回报大家。可能对大家不会有太多帮助，但如果有类似的情况作参
考吧。

背景：我去年签F1,两次被据，Bf过。今年BF返签，携行我签F2。也想过这实在不好解释，
为什么F1－F2。时间填写的是3年，（BF还有3年）。工作也没有请假证明（太长了），只
开了工作证明（没有看）。准备时准备了为什么f1－f2，工作打算怎么办，将来如何，会
不会读书等问题。但是都除了第一个问题why f1－f2外都没有问，甚至没有问停留多长时
间。

准备：5个透明袋
袋一：两个人护照、DS表、I20，清单list（没有拿给他，因为有些清单上东西忘带了）

袋二（BF材料）：SSN，网上打印成绩单，学生证（忘带了），与公司未来工作协议，去年
I－20，户口本，简历（除了成绩单都没有用到）
袋三（我材料）：工作证明，工资证明，户口本，工作证，名片，学位证（都没有用到）

袋四（两人材料）：结婚证、照片、打印email、网上打印长途电话记录
袋五（财产证明）：bf美国银行开的6000刀，妈妈的存款证明（10000多刀），自己的存款
证明（7000多刀）。

签证过程：
早上打车去，堵车，约好9点，却9点15左右到，急忙进去，领颜色牌子，排队。很累，等
候时间很长，12点才到我们。形势不算好，有过的，但是很少，特别是6、7号口（x、dtt
，sorry），几乎没有过的。看到前面一队被带到dtt（sorry）那边，大家英勇就义的样子
，很为他们难过。然后我们被带到美男那里。第一个f1的样子，不知道过了没有，第二个
探亲老夫妇，一直在我们前面，过了。下一个叫到我的名字，于是我们两个上去。Interv
iew的时候我几乎没有说话，几乎都是bf在说：
bf：good morning. I came back last month and want to renew my visa. This is my
wife. We just got married last week. I want to take my wife with me this time
.
Vo: so you got married last week.
Bf: right, we are just in the honey moon now. *****(mainly about how he missed
me in US. My going with him will facilitate his study.)
Vo: I saw that your wife applied for f1 twice. Why that?
Bf: Because she wanted to stay with me. She didn’t want to study and she did
not like the major. You can see that she didn’t get scholarship last year. Al
l that proved that she just wanted to be with me.
I: 我去年只是想和他在一起才申请的。
Vo (to me ): you cannot speak Chinese because you applied for f1 before.
I: Okay. I just wanted to stay with him last year.
Vo: when did you meet?
Bf: We met 3 years ago and fell in love shortly after we knew each other. We h
ave many photos. Would you like to see them?
Vo: Okay. Life photos, not wedding photos.
Bf: Sure. We have a lot of them.
Vo (murmur): you have known for 3 years so you should have….
BF: We have photos taken from2000 to 2003.
Vo: (open the album and see)
Bf: We have many emails, would you like to see?
Vo: no. I don’t need that.
Bf: We also have phone bills. You can see that we often phoned for 3-4 hours.
Would you like to see?
Vo: no. Your marriage certificate.
Bf: sure. (pass to him). These are two copies of certificate for both of us.
Vo: You should have enough funds…
Bf: Of course. ** University gave me tuition waiver and a TA, which will cover
all my fees. I still have enough money. This is my bank certificate.
(pass to him)
Vo: (see them)
Bf: we still have 2 sources of income, ******, Would you like to see it?
Vo: I don’t need that. (turn to computer)
Vo: your major?
Bf: Economics. I am the top student in my class. I got 4 last semester and ….
.(illustrating that he studies well).I have 2 support letter from advisor, wou
ld you like to see?
Vo: No. Your transcript.
Bf: Yes. (pass to him).
Vo: How many students in your class?
BF: **. My wife’s coming with me will keep me studying well. (he raised an ex
ample that he often study for the whole day without eating lunch, etc)
Vo: Don’t worry.
(typing something into his computer.)
然后给我们两张蓝条。
BF: thank you. Have a good day.
I: thank you.
后来发现颜色牌子没有给他，bf递入
Vo: thank you.
I: goodbye.

回顾：感觉运气成分多些。不过准备也算充分，即使很多问题没有问，如工作怎么办？为
什么呆3年等都没有问，自己也有所准备。本来也没有报太大希望，而且签过也不觉得那么
高兴。毕竟舍弃很好的工作，去一个未知的地方。所以不管大家过没过，一颗平常心最好
。

和我情况类似的需要注意的：
1、    生活照很重要。特别是时间跨度要大，可能衣服也要不同吧。我们有很多照片（也
不是特别多，40左右）我把最甜蜜的照片放第一页，和父母的照片放2、3页，然后从刚认
识到现在的照片顺序放，旁边加上注释（也可能不需要）。递照片时，先把几张很漂亮两
人照片（放大9寸）递进去，然后就是刚才提到的小本5寸本。他大概翻了几页，后来递进
去6寸本他没有看。大概相信了吧。
2、    US大学成绩单也很重要，看是不是好学生吧。
3、    有些难以解释的就坦白的告诉他，比如f1－f2，确实因为想在一起。看到你的真诚
，vo会明白的。
形势不好，但不代表个案就不会好。只要有convincing的理由，有不太坏的运气（比如某
两位vo），要相信自己一定能过的。本来申请签证就是在众多手续中的一个手续么。

后话：妈妈在外面等了3小时，和她一起的也有很多父母。父母真的不容易。她们等的时候
说我们的孩子一定能过的。真感动。
