I concede that every aspect of society including education, politics, the arts, and the sciences are greatly impacted by the ever-growing development of global networks, however, are these impacts positive or negative? After a case-by-case analysis, I think, the degree of influence is differing in different realms.

There is no doubt that education and sciences are the two fields that get the most benefits from the global networks. Turn first to education, on a personal scale, students nowadays can freely acquire all forms of information and knowledge through the internet and other communication tools which really equip with solid ground for future development. On a larger scale, schools can get acquaintance of other perfect education methods of other regions and other countries, according on which the leaders of schools can not only adapt their schooling means with the whole framework of the international level but also apply some methods to cater for their own conditions. These shared education methods on the international networks can surely help school our next generations throughout the world. As for the sciences, similarly, they also benefit more. For example, only through searching engine can scientists and researchers attain almost any information and technological outcomes all over the world, which not only conduces them to learn and master the professional knowledge and skills, but also helps them locate their orientation in the future development. Without these international networks, scientists may have to do make repetitive researches and they may think their researches are the most sophisticated in the world, while do not know what they are engaged in are already put into practice in other counties, which are really pitiful and meaningless jobs.

When it comes to politics, it is difficult to say whether the international networks are beneficial or not for it. On the one hand, global networks help the governmental officials become more informed and wise by taking advantage of the updated information which auspice them enact more reasonable and reliable policies and laws, on the other hand, they also contribute to the international communication and cooperation and thus solidify the international relationships and maintain the worldwide peace. However, they are also have some negative affects such as the urgent and confidential information are often spied by others by means of Internet or other networks, which is really a fatal threat to a country's political security.

As for the arts, the impacts that these networks bring, as I think, are only the negative ones. The more the artworks are presented on the networks, the worse effects are exerted on creativity. These materials, on the one hand, provide the chances for plagiarism, on the other hand hamper and stifle the innovations, imagination and the inspiration of artists, all of which are crucial for the creation of brilliant and classical artworks. Therefore, what global networks bring to the arts is only the damage.

All in all, all aspects of society are avoidably affected by the global networks, not all these effects are beneficial, and some of them are also harmful. This phenomenon is somewhat like that fresh air and warm sunshine come to the home when we open the window, but meanwhile the flies also fly in.

The benefit of global network could be ambiguous.In rich countries,where such network appliances as Internet,vediotelephone,or telegrame are accessible,the international influence is positive in boosting the develepment of science,education,arts in these societies.But the international influence curves the disadvantages of the poor countries,which can not afford the convinience of global network.These countries face the menace of lossing their culture heritage,economical independence and could share little of the scientif fruit.Moreover,in the politic field,both the rich and poor countries would do their utmost to resist the international influence.

The rich countries could gain much benefit from global networks--a fast and convinient medium for cooperation and communication between countries within the ally.In science,the networks enable experts located different countries to collaborate,it also lead to the diffusion of the considerably expense and the share of the result of the scientific researches.The project of mapping  gene in human body is a typical example.More than 10 countries including America and England are involved in these project.Through cooperation,the task of identifying and pinpointing the gene cells in humans will take nearly ten percent the time needed by any country conducting the project alone.Additionally, in education,global networks benefit the students in broadening their horizon and nurturing their interest.A student in America could easily learn the culture and custom in Fasteast countries by browsing the Internet.He could also search from the Internet anything he facinated in,however weird or sophisticated it is--the rare animal species or the most advanced robotic models with artificial intelligence.Thirdly,thanks to global network,the rich countries could propagate their arts all around the world.The advertising strategy in Hollywood films makes full use of the Internet.The introductory clips and the posters are distributed in nearly every coner of the www sites.This help the producers earn much more money from the oversea markets than they did prior to the advent of global network.Finally,
in the field of economics,the internation influence manifests itself in the glowing prosperity of intercountry commerce.

However,for the poor country,which could hardly or barely feed its population and could not afford such luxury as the advanced communication equipments,the internation influence is,to some extent,negative.
