Recently an increasingly number of people are discussing about a topic that people should do work by machine.However, whether doing work by machine or doing work by hand is a controversial issue.From my point of view, doing work by hand is better.I have two reasons as follow.

Firstly, you can apply what you have learned in the college to practice, adapt yourself to the society as soon as possible and improve your interpersonal communication.For example, you have to discuss with your colleagues or your partners if you can't do it well or want someone help you accomplish the task such as repairing a broken car and discussing a project and so on together.So you can be more familiar with the environment around you.Improving your interpersonal communication does good to yourself.

Secondly, doing work by hand also bring a sense of success to you.Because it's you that finish the task.
Therefore, you can work harder than before.It promotes a person of motivation tremendously.In addition, it increases your confidence in everything.For instance, you may not play bungee before. You will try doing it if you have confidence in doing everything.A sense of success bring a lot to you

Admittedly, doing work by machine can reduce cost and labor force substaintially. But it dose harm to people's mobility.People may not do it  by themselves if they only depend on machine.Moreover, people may not do it and forget it gradually.As a saying goes, practice makes perfect.It conforms completely what i want to express.

To sum up, doing work by hand is better than doing work by machine.Not only does it practise your  expertise, but also giving your life an unforgettable experience.
