申polyu的phd，教授的回复，大家帮分析一下

之前申请phd和hkpfs的材料提交后教授说：I have received your application and I have nominated you to be considered in out Dept.  If you ate shortlisted, they will call for for telephone interview by 16-18 Dec 2019.
但后来知道自己hkpfs没上

The selection and shortlist process has completed. If you have not received anything, it means that you are not successful with PhD Fellowship selection.  The computer system will keep all applicant on wait until next year round.

If found suitable, when me or my colleagues have PhD opening, we could explore further with you.
所以今年还有戏没？求大佬给分析下，因为学校到现在没给我面试通知，我自我感觉是凉了
