Spending Money for Outer Space or Basic Needs on Earth

The rapid development and fierce competition of technology in the world and the deterioration of environment inspire the government free ample of finance into the research on outer space. However, it arouses some civil resistance, which claims that nothing can we obtain from utilizing abundant money, while that used to improve to the environment and people's life is far more practical. It is a long-term project, from my part, to support that perspective on exploring the space.

Who can exactly predict what the earth will be in the future? If we just isolate the earth from the space, we have little idea
about the space where the earth rely on it to exist, in most misery case, we cannot find the way to survive. For example, it is widely know that the source in the earth will be exhausted some day. Just image that our doing nothing just preserving the resource can not solve the problem essentially. That why we have spent a great deal of finance to make satellites and spaceship to land other planet to detect if there exit life.

It is the technology that can illustrate the strength of country in the world. That is not only the matter of reputation, but also if we can own our advance technology to make a relatively harmonious ambience in the complexly international relationship. Only by depending on one's own technology can achieve the security to protect the state. Like Libia, who is attacked by many countries without winning the advanced side from the beginning.

However, we have to point that we should not spend all the money on the outer space. In other words, we had better combine the money used in space and the needs on earth. For we can see that, as the declining situation of the environment, we have to do something to protect our environment like cutting the emission of the waste gas and pollutant and clean up the
river polluted by the industrial factories. Through this way can beautify our earth.

                                                                           Should the Teachers Be Paid According to How Much the Students Learn
    As a ancient Chinese proverb goes "the one who still is your teacher, he is just like your father". That demonstrates that the relationship of teachers and students is more than the academic knowledge giver and receiver .
Thus, it seems sort of absurd to pinpoint that teachers should be paid relying on how much the students learn.
    Hardly can we measure the quantity of knowledge. Teachers in the school not just teach them something academic, but also some skills including communicating with others to enlarge our interactional circle, the efficient and proper way to handle the state emergent. Take an internship of mine for instant. Working for the orphan in the hospiceis good opportunity to close to the children.In particular to teach them some basic knowledge. However, the dean refuse most of the interviewer since she require that they should give the promise that at the end how much the students can learn from them. The consequence is that no people apply that organization. Never does she think many things are invisible, let alone it contains more than academic knowledge.
    In addition, it is obvious that every students are on various level. Whereas the only way to examine how much the students absord the knowledge is tests. To some students has poor result, maybe because they don't work hard or they don't master a good way to study. Therefore, it is not fair to judge that the teachers teach inferior and should be paid less.
    Moreover, if the teachers are paid by the quanlity of knowledge the students learn, the teachers may just focus on how high score they should obtain which determine the teachers' salary. In this case, they propablely ingore other skills that the students cannot learn from the textbook like the college entrance exam in China. Many teachers hold that as long as many students of them enter the key college in China, they will have their rising salary so that they just concentrate on the test book and derive them the true skill of study and live.
    From the foregoing, to the long-term development of the students, the teacher should be encouraged to teach more pratical both academic study and
the other skills
so that they move award equiped with more weapons and adapt this society more confident.
