我是7.5在北京返签，7.14让我补交材料，8.18号实在等不及了，写了一封信，同时给了补交材料的邮箱，

fmjvisas@state.gov 和

Beijingvisaapp@state.gov。然后8.19打到大使馆问就说批了。不知是否确实有用。信件如下，希望对大家有用。另外，打电话去美联航，态度强硬些，和他们争取，把票改成open ticket了，这样不用每次改签都要加钱。

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am  a F-1 visa renewal applicants on July, 5th. I am required to submit supplementary documents on July14. I did what they required as soon as possible, but VISA is still in pending status. I changed flight reservation three times, and spent quite a few for every change. My current flight is supposed on Aug.20, but I haven’t received VISA yet.
It has been almost 5 weeks since I was notified administrative process, far more than usual three to four weeks.
I'm afraid it will influence my normal registration, course attendance and research work for 2011 Fall if I can't get VISA in time. Could you please help me check how is my VISA going? and I am very glad to assist you to present any documents if necessary.
