Actually, the technic service rendered by AT&T really sucks here in America...the price is shockingly expensive which is accompanied by its confusing fee-charging management.

Although its combination with T-mobile seems to be against Anti-trust or something, it would definitely upgrade its signal coverage, function, and propel its improvement in many other aspects. By holding so opposite opinion to that of the Justice Department, I highly support this merger.

When it comes to its strategy to persuade or lobby the government authority, I have no idea. Researches into precedents need to have been hugely attacked.
