请教关于resume的问题

我是一个本科生，假期套磁中有教授要resume，懒过了二十天才反应过来去写，申请EE的直博phd， 本科211+985，成绩一般般，进过实验室做事，但没做出什么东西来，resume里把实验课的设计也列入了。以下是resume主干部分，请各位看看有何问题（gpa是用网上下的我校计算器算的，有两种算法，取了分高的那种）

1. Apr ~ May, 2009 (as undergraduate in the 2nd semester): completed a LED driver based on a constant current source, constant current assigned between 500mA-700mA
2. Oct, 2009 (as undergraduate in the 3rd semester): using a PC and MATLAB to complete a program for speech signal sampling and spectral analysis in the MATLAB signal and system design course.
3. Jun, 2011 (as undergraduate in the 6th semester): design a 51-single-chip based traffic light model and a 51-single-chip based temperature gathering and displaying system, both as completed in effective running on evaluate-board in the system on a chip design course.
4. Jun, 2011 (as undergraduate in the 6th semester): involved in a radar echo system, designed the circuit to generate a linear frequency-modulated continuous wave of single slope based on AD9954
5. Jun, 2011 (as undergraduate in the 7th semester): involved in a photovoltaic system with a Z-source inverter, complete the Z-source inverter.

Skills:
Use the relative compute software and simulation software such as Matlab and CST well
Use Protel and other software to accomplish the schematic and PCB design of the hardware systems
Interests:
Application of computation of electromagnetic fields
Design of wireless device and antena

建议：重写。

首先，一个连Education Background都没有的简历叫简历吗？（如果你是出于保护隐私的需要有意隐去的那请无视我……）
其次，Grade部分完全是废话——根本没有人会看；再说申请的时候你不是还有成绩单吗？prof真感兴趣的话扫一眼也就够了（估计事实上就算看，也不会超过一眼）。简历不是展示你上课多nb的地方。
再有，简历中的事件最好按照逆时间顺序，最近的事写在最前。另外你也不用说在本科第几学期，有年月就够了，看简历的人不是傻子。
而且，在你简历中唯一有用的这一部分里还语法错误连篇，先把时态都统一了再说吧。
skill部分，such as是不行的，有就是有，没有就是没有，把你会用的和专业沾边的软件，以及使用它们的水平都列出来。
interest写在和教授来往的邮件里就行了，不用写在简历里。

你还应该包括以下内容：
如果发表过任何和专业有关的文章，列出来
如果获得过任何和专业相关的奖项，列出来
如果参加过任何专业组织，列出来

没见过简历中写课程成绩的，那是成绩单该反映的。二楼说的不错。你也可以在网上下载简历模板格式参考下

他问你要的是resume，不是transcript，前者侧重在research，publication，awards，不是GPA和course listing

教授跟你聊天应该是学术上的对话，你应该讲你为什么对他的研究感兴趣，自己做过什么样的研究，以后想跟他做什么样的研究
如果你附一大堆成绩，不仅证明不了任何问题（如果我是一个教授，仅仅从跟你的对话已经能大概摸出你的底子了），而且暴露了你有多么不上道，或者说，naive
