刚才在bbsmit上看到又是一个f2转f1的悲剧了。。。好像是说拿到了签证过了2两月才入境，从入境到拿到admission 不到半年的时间。欧也是这样，会不会现在墨西哥越来越看重时间问题呢？现在好象签证官很少关注钱的问题，比较重视的是时间问题。我的情况好象比较危险，怎么办呢？ 发愁中。。。

你是在这里递交的申请吗？如果真问起，你可以给签证官看你递交申请的材料的copy.  不用担心，也许很快BCIS就批准你了，都不用去TJ了。

BTW, it seems the VO with white hair(actually not that white:)) is relatively tough.But if unfortunately you were assigned to her line , you could either switch to other line by yourself ,of course don't attract the guard's notice or ask them to make you in another line.The guards there look nice. Good Luck again. And also be best prepared for the worst. I mean, prepare good answers to the possible tough questions.

不用太担心，我签那天还有一个以B到美国，然后在美国国内转了F2，那天去签F1 的。而且他的I-94还丢了，他老婆的I-20也过期了，他还是化学，几乎集合了所有的不利，但是他顺利过了。

Does your program has spring enrollment? If it does, waiting for another half year may be better than taking risk at MEXICO. Just wait and see what's going on with TJ in recent days!  

My program doesn't have spring semester, so I have to wait for another year. I am still hesitating wether go CJ or just wait here. I just found that NB added my processing time to 150-180 days. Who knows, next year, it may add to 200-300 days. Never stick to its promise, NB!

Many thanks. My problem is that my program does not have spring quarter...and if I could not get any response this year, I need to reapply for next year's admission. That's the point I least want to think of...Anyways, now I need to think seriously what I am supposed to do. Sigh, life is not easy ya...

lordwithme MM, don't worry about it. My friend who held valid F2 visa in her vo appointment got F1 visa in TJ successfully. It is very, very easy to get it. I strongly suggest you apply for visa in Mexico, or else, you may have more difficulties when you register at your university.

Don't worry, you are so nice a girl, you will get it definitely.
