我也对此处疑惑。做题时不明白，在some historians have underestimated和正确答案项犹豫了一会。还是选了正确选项，因为觉得其更具体。
看了楼上的，突然一想，这题目好像就是：在问作者的态度让步处。
作者的态度本来是-，要限制一下其负态度，那么就是对态度的让步了。
