我昨天想预约cj Aug.25，可是没有预约到。今天4:00 am Eastern，4:40am Eastern，7:40 am Eastern 分别爬起来预约，想预约26日（25日学校就要开始上课了，26日是注册的最后最后期限），但显示总是0，真无奈！想问你，你说的 ‘4:00am, mid time zone’，Eastern应该是几点？

25日已经不能在网上预约了，我是否只能打电话约25日，不知道能不能约到。

After a long talk with LG yesterday, I decide to cancle my Mexico trip. I will cancle it after a while. Let me first figure out how to cancle it. By making telephone appointment, you may probably book an appointment earlier  than Aug.25.  GOOD LUCK!

BTW, MID time 4:00 am should be Eastern time 5:00 am.

Your LG maybe concers more about the risk of going to TJ. That is the point, but to me I have no choice but to take the risk. Hope NB center get your case approved soon.

现在是夏时制，可能应该是2个小时的差距，4:am mid time可能应该是6:00 am Eastern time???

But here is summer time too.  A close friend of mine is at DC now, and time there is one hour earlier than here, Wisconsin.
