Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? For future career success, is relate well to other people more important than studying hard at school?

Knowledge is power. I strongly believe that chosen diligence at school would play a critical role in one's future career success. In a brief historial restropect, we are easily find that numerous great man and woman uniformly emphaised the significance of hardworking. Accumulating more knowledge, getting a better understanding of the society, finding a decent job in an easy way，all of those are due to the knowledge learned at schools.

School is the place where one can gain knowledge and become valuable to the society. From primary school to university, the average people have spend sixteen years or even more time in schools to learn various subjects. This period is the key to knowledge accumulation, which will contribute a lot to the future of an individual.
The common sense also tell us that higher education could help us widen our understanding and increase our intellectual ability.

Moreover, with the knowledge learned in school, we will have deep understanding of our society. It is true that genuine knowledge comes from practice, but it cannot be denied that genuine knowledge tells us how to practice. A systematic study in schools, of course, enables us to realize how the society works and how to cope with certain problems. Nowadays, some subjects such as how to deal with life,how to interact with people and how to become independent are taught and experienced at school. A great many of students have interested in and spend much time on these new courses.

In addition, developing a career is a very important stage in our life. Chosen diligence in school usually make it possible that we get hold of a decent job. It can be seen from the fact that most international companies will only hire those who have higher GPA in their school transcripts. Our life is filled with examples to confirm this viewpoint. In other words, School could help students in achieving their goals by preparing them for the career they have picked. For example, in the science world, it is believed that the ideas, opportunities, qualifications, in-depth knowledge and expertise in areas often make hardworking at school imperative.

Finally, I cannot oversee the fact that good relationship is helpful to the future career. However, exorbitantly concern about relate well to other people will lead to a counterproductive and dire consequence. In conclusion, we do realize the seriousness and importance of hardworking in school, i prefer that young people surely benefit more from diligence for their career success.
