For iBT cancellation assistance we suggest that you contact your Regional Registration Center (Prometric) located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, at telephone number 60-3-7628-3333.

*If you reschedule or cancel your TOEFL iBT® test registration no later than 3 full days before your test date (not including the day of the test or the day of your request), you will receive a partial refund equivalent to half the original test fee paid. For example, the deadline to reschedule a Saturday test is Tuesday. If your request is not received within 3 full days, your full test fee will be forfeited.

To reschedule, you will need to provide
• your registration number
• the full name you used when you registered

The fee for rescheduling is US$60. Payment must be received prior to rescheduling.

er....终于弄明白怎么留言了。香港退考很简单，人手在电脑上操作就行，好像是在注册那里有个cancel的键，然后按提示就可以。最后回来已注册信息那里就有显示哪场的考试取消了，退多少钱这样。退款大概三天后就到卡里，也可发邮件到ETS哪里询问。
